Your front desk staff never answers the phone. I tried calling for two days to inquire about our room and the phone just rang.

Good mattress. Not so tasty breakfast.

I DO NOT recommend this place.

It is a good place to stay right in the center of the city it is approachable to all stores near by and lot eatries around

It was very unclean, the ceiling tiles were discolored, possibly from water damage, and the room had a very bad smell.

Clean and spacious room. Easy parking, walkable shopping areas and restaurants

Everything was alright minus the smell of the the hotel then the horrid stench in the room.

Breakfast was excellent. Convenient location and easy check in and out. We did not use the pool. Everything was good.

Very dirty and the hot tub hasn’t worked in months (I called prior to my stay to make sure amenities were working). The hot tub was the only reason we stayed here. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

The only things that were nice were the pub across the street and convenience to I94.

I liked that the spa tub was linked to the outdoor pool by a large open garage door.

Everything was good… Not great… But wasn’t expecting great. Fair price for the property.

This was our second time staying here.. last year it was great! This time.. not so much! Hot tub wasn’t working- not clean around the pool area- room had no Kleenex when we got there- no room cleaning or anything for our 3 night stay- room not very clean- stinky- musty- hallway near our room was very stinky.. made us all nauseous.. sadly I do t think we will be back 😑

The Property was close to the airport There are so many things that were wrong with this location. It was old and in need of update. The carpet was disgusting. The ceiling tiles were fuzzy and full of mold. The bedsheets on one of the beds had not been changed. There was a standalone unit for air-conditioning inside the hotel room. Venting through the window. The room was unsecure. I had no key to my room. The computer system was down. I arrived and there was no Hotel staff at the desk. After waiting 10 minutes I finally went in the kitchen area and got one of the cleaning ladies to find someone for the front desk. I will never stay at this hotel ever again nor will I use Booking.com
