The room is very dirty. Terrible!

Parking was ok. Had to call for service at front desk. Person eventually came and checked me in. Gave a key but no room number until I asked. Hallway smelled like cats pretty bad and had garbage around. Many areas closed off. In the room it smelled ok. Fridge and microwave weren't working. Flipped the switch on the plug in and they started up. Fridge was full of water pooled around areas and dirty. Air conditioner/heater didn't turn on at first. Repeatedly hit buttons and unplugged and plugged it back in. It worked then. No internet on any of the networks. Bathroom mirror was dirty. Place was very run down and was not being taken care of.

Place is a disaster. I would not call this a hotel. It needs to be shut down. I was booked for two days. Spent one night and left the next morning. Front desk person said she knew and didn’t know how to a refund.

This place was less than desirable. Upon check-in I had to call them to have someone come to the desk. There is no breakfast, pool, wall paper peeling, smell was not great. Our room was on the 3 rd and getting up there the smell was better. Room is definitely dated. There was hair in the beds, hole in the blanket. The front desk was very accommodating to get me fresh sheets right out of the dryer. Also to note beginning when we stayed there was only certain hours they were going to be at the property. No one overnight so hopefully you don't have card problems with your room. Hopefully they will update and revive this place better.

They sold my room and I didn't have the security . And they said thed reimburse me. But nothing

This hotel contacted me 12 minutes before check-in to inform me that I will not be checking in until further notice because they have started renovations. They were a good place to stay when I stayed with them last, certainly affordable, but the late notification should result in a refund, as I am unable on account of the hotel to use their services. We’ll see.

Very nice people the manager is very nice and I love the rates of the rooms from the hotel apps

Sofa was stained and room obviously needed updates. No coffee, no alarm clock or wake up call. No ice. Left for airport at 3:30 am and no one at reception desk to take key. Decent price but needs improvement.

Staff was amazing! Andrew (can't recall if proper name) was great to work with. Wish the pool had been open. Would definitely return. Only thing to add would be breakfast.

Room 212, Dirty carpets, no couch, mirror not on wall just sitting on the floor, tv volume maxed out upon arrival, dead batteries in tv remote, really loud and squeeky room door, no lock on bathroom door handle, Kleenex dispenser falling off counter, lamp falling off wall, old towels, fast and easy check-in though
-
Slightly clogged bathtub drain, stained towels and bed sheets, desk chair needs to be replaced. Fast and easy check-in, convenient parking, elevator, heater/ac worked fine.
