Cihat was the highlight of our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him: he remembered what we needed before we asked, sorted every request quickly, and always did it with a genuine smile. Management should know what they have in him. Staff were nice overall, and the gym was decent, spacious with everything we needed even if the equipment isn’t the newest. The AC never really cooled the room, so most of our nights were uncomfortably warm. Housekeeping missed dust in the corners. The buggy service was inconsistent, sometimes quick and sometimes a long wait, which made the place feel understaffed for high season.

I’m very like to say thanks to all crew staff for their good and warm relations to guest. Food was wonderful! Reception and room service staff especially helps us to resolve the problem with room location, they changed the room as requested. Again thanks a lot! Location of the hotel, I thought it located closed to beach, but unfortunately not

Great location with great staff and the service. Halit at the reservation desk and the rest of the personnel during the breakfast and daily service is exceptional.

Staff It’s not a pet friendly hotel. You have to keep your dog in the room, not allowed to bring to breakfast or any place in the hotel Outside decoration was very nice but almost nothing in the building. It was like an hospital, zero decoration. As we had a dog, they forced us to stay in a room with garden but garden is open. So you can’t let your dog in the garden and room was very dark, no sun light. We had to change the room and push them go give us a room with sun light. The material used in the hotel was cheapest material. Many broken area in the room or in other places. It’s not a 5 star hotel and fake Ramada!!! Towels very very old and used. Liquide savon instead of shampoo. Most of the staff from Indonesia and they can’t speak turkish or english.

Location was far away from shops and restaurants. Staff need to be more reactive to customers needs. Air conditioning was not cool enough specially in the afternoon time

The pool and view was nice It took 4 rooms to find one that didn’t smell like sewage or wasn’t underground for them to give me. Hardly any of the staff speak English which is frustrating to deal with. When I called room service they didn’t have things that were on the menu. Overall the food at the hotel was horrible quality and tasting and quite expensive.

The staff and the facilities The A/C aircondition was too hot we couldn’t sleep at all and we changed our room for times and still the AC not working very well.

Room size Overall, staff was very friendly helpful and hospitable . Facility is nice and clean. We requested the hotel to help us book a boat trip. They charged us more than double. We only got to know this after we cross checked the rates directly with the boat. We were charged 200 euro vs 87 euro Plus breakfast can be much better
