Very quit area and nice house owners. We were there with the dog and everything went perfect during our stay. Stephane makes you feel very welcome with his french warm welcome. -

Perfect place to experience countryside of France. Really nice host, perfect pool and breakfast! Rooms were comfy.

The swimming pool area where you could just relax and talk to people who stay there. Bedrooms were good maybe with a few little modernisation would be athletically pleasing. As we were not going to be spending much time there was fine. Lovely views of the mountains and a great area which could be made even better for the children, badminton, archery, trampolining and a few other outdoor games all in a gated area so we felt very safe. Lovely little seating areas around too. The contenetial breakfast was an added bonus delivered outside your door every morning, breads, pastry, jams, yoghurt, milk etc. We had 2 rooms booked which were different from the photos, we noticed things in one room may not have them in another, for example the WiFi code was in our room but not their room and pool time and info not in ours but in there's. Same with some of the classes, cups, cutlery, etc, but luckily, we could just swap these. There wasn't much to eat when we arrived late due to lots shops shutting as it is a village. We found the local shop and cafe in the morning which was lovely to eat in. I also must mention the owners having 2 dogs, which I don't recall this been mentioned. One dog Pepsi ate by boys' food while he was swimming as I forgot not having a dog ourselves. You can't just leave food out. This I think would be a problem for some people. Also, taxis for a group we were 6 were hard to find in such a small village. Luckily, we got to know the local taxi van man and had him on speed dial if we needed a lift.

Very friendly welcome, they go out of their way to make you comfortable. The pool and courtyard are very nice. The breakfast was great. Overall very nice. The only thing that let it down was the electricity in the rooms, there didn't seem to be enough power to charge any of our phones at all on any plug sockets.

I have no recollection of seeing that item in the bathroom, although I did see a different container of removal pads, not something I expected to see in male guest accommodation. With my 80 year old skin I have no need for Make-Up, nor Remover. I am fully conversant with the properties of Make-Up Remover as my wife of 54 years was a Beautician and Make-up Artist! There are plenty of make-up accessories in our own home and with Covid precautions using another persons product would be stupid. I am not stupid I did remove the bottle of water as I had drunk half and considered that it was a consumable item. Your allegation has left a sour taste to what was agreeable accommodation. Very nice bathroom with a good shower. Comfortable bed. Minimal breakfast (self-service from a fridge). Could have done without the advertisements for their adjoining nail bar in the room.
