Backpackers Hotel

Nothing it was a disgusting, smelly and stinks of dirt and dogs, guys keep clear of this, it's really bad and honestly it's the dirtiest place I've ever been in, the carpets are soaked in all sorts it's horrendous ? Everything about it...horrible and really dirty and I mean dirty ...health Hazzard

The suit we stayed in had urine under the bed in a draw stale urine on carpet broken chairs stains on bedding general cleanliness was very poor

We was checked in early upon arrival. Staff are all lovely, I had a problem first night was helped and sorted immediately. Staff are amazing and very helpful/friendly. Wifi worked great tv etc too. Yes there are property "imperfections" but I didn't pay £800 I paid £80 so am I going to moan or knock this property down? Definitely not. For what I paid I cannot fault whatsoever.

I think if the property had a lift it would have been more accessible

The manager was friendly I understand I didn’t pay much about 30 pounds. But room was dirty, stains on the bed sheets (not sure they were even changed from last guest), stunk of smoke and damp, didn’t stay the night, moved to another hotel. I didn’t expect the ritz but come on like. The view from my window of a used condom and 100 cigarette buts was a nice touch..

The bed and general cleanliness were consistently good

Just the fact it was close to the winter Garden Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The room was extremely dirty and clearly not properly cleaned. There was mould on the window, the curtains were dirty, and the floor had not been vacuumed. We also found stains on the bed linen, which is completely unacceptable. The place feels like it is stuck in the 1980s and does not match the photos advertised online. Instead of the picture shown on Booking, there was an air freshener on the wall. In such a small room, there were two air fresheners, which created an unpleasant, overwhelming smell when mixed with the dampness. Overall, the room was very dirty, poorly maintained, and far from what was advertised. We would not recommend this place and would not stay here again.

Location was excellent it was right next to the coast and all the activities we wanted to do. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Was great for the price we paid. Liked everything in general, if I had to say something I would say it could do with a little revamp maybe a little redecoration but overall was good and clean.

It was close to all the the places we needed like the tower The room was to small . You could not turn the light off so it was on all nite so I could not sleep good

Bunk bed to high broken door lock to toilet was not good my son who autism got stuck in their man was rude he never made us feel welcome

Room was substandard. Staff led us to believe there was no other rooms empty and the room we where given was to small substandard unsafe for our young child we where in ther less than 10 mins and booked elsewhere and then we asked for a refund and where told no then told we could pay extra for an upgrade whitch we declined having been told there was nothing els beforhand at whitch point i called the owner to and was refused refund as she said there was no chance all in all would avoid this hotel !!

Staff was nice and location walking just opposite to winter garden and shopping mall. Paid On site parking was offered which was quite convenient.
