It’s location Room and bathroom very small, and was unserviced on our second day

The room was a bit "tired" and didn't feel particularly clean. The bathmat looked like it hadn't been changed since the previous occupants. There was no hand wash in the dispenser by the sink. The breakfast was very disappointing. The cooked breakfast had obviously been sitting around and wasn't hot and was a bit dried out. The hotel was very full due to a group a dancers who were taking part in a competition staying there, so this might have been why the hotel didn't meet the standing we were expecting based on previous reviews. Cleanliness, breakfast.

Clean ,central location and good value for money.

Great location, good parking options. Room was comfortable and food value Little noisey being right on the front and close to the tower. Only an issue if you are really sensitive.

We was expecting entertainment as it said there was none the place was dirty our bins didn’t get empty once while we was there we had to put the rubbish out of our door and it was there 3 days carpets had stains on room wasn’t cleaned once in our 4 day stay. Only the small bar was open. The breakfast fad over priced for what you got 1 sausage 1 bacon 1 egg and we had to do our own toast. Will not be returning unfortunately.

Pictures online do not match what was on ground . Nothing smells fresh or nice, very old .

Did not have breakfast, but the atmosphere of the communial/bar area was very good. Great TV which entertained the children we were travelling while we enjoyed a drink at the bar. Sea view room. Nothing to recall, great hotel for a decent price.

I liked the location of the hotel, waking up on an ocean view was great, reminded me of home! The room was also nice and a decent size, it was bright an had a lot of natural light. There were no unpleasant smells and the bedding was clean, the pillows were okay as well. My daughter loved the games rooms and the view also. The bathroom was very clean also. The staff were very welcoming and made the stay pleasant for us. I would have liked it if the housekeeping could have at least visited our room once for a change of towels and trash, since we were there for 3nights or at least be informed that they do not come into the rooms unless requested, something like that. Also I saw that they mentioned something about refurbishment but I hope they could sort out the ceilings ASAP, the paint was falling and some of the fragments fell into my drink and the night stand.

Clean room and a decent size room. Breakfast was fine too. Having to take towels back to reception to get clean ones. Bins in the room not being emptied which meant people leaving garbage overflowing in the stairwell bin. No entertainment. I believe these things will be addressed in the future maybe just some teething problems. I would stay again.
