Nothing Absolute zero customer service and completely unreliable. I emailed in advance about an earlier arrival, but got no reply. I turned up early, but there's none in and since I knew the check-in was officially from 15:00, I headed into town for a bit. I came back at 14:50 and waited outside. Shortly after 15:00, I rang the doorbell and tried calling the property. Right then, instead of opening the door or answering the phone, they sent an email cancelling my reservation due to an "error." They didn't even have the decency to face me. Avoid this place if you actually want a guaranteed place to stay.

We had the family room so plenty of room Not very clean not even hoovered. No towels we had to ask and got a bath and hand towel between 2 of us. No cups or milk so we left the property to buy a drink. No toilet rolls had to ask for them. No remote for the mini TV received one next day but did not work.

Comfy bed Water leak in roof,no breakfast service in morning, smells foisted, 1 towel for 2 people, dirty toilet glad was only there 2 nights horrible place,bar shut told cheaper at shops ,absolutely shit don't go
