Very friendly staff and helpful

Appeared clean Greeted by a very drunk man who was a little inappropriate - he had been left in charge. Very strong smell of smoke in the room No parking though I had reserved this. I was advised by the very drunk man to park on someone else's property and he would 'sort it' but I didn't feel confident about trusting this plan. I paid slightly more for a room with individual beds, which the owner disputed and we got a different room. 2 towels provided for 3 guests Terrible customer service when issues raised with the manager the following day - he hinted that given what I had paid, what did I expect. He didn't take responsibility for any issues raised other than to admit the very drunk man 'wasn't staff'

spacious family room; wifi, tv included

The staff were lovely and friendly. They accommodated us checking in early and leaving our car. The location was excellent for the Marathon we had stayed to compete in. No lounge area with TV to relax with other guests as our friends stayed too. We still used the space downstairs for a while but would have been nice to come back after tea and sit down together for a while

Nothing, this place is really bad! Property was dirty, smelt of smoke, damp and mould in rooms, very noisy and inconsiderate guests. Not suitable for family’s. Photos do not reflect reality

Good enough location and staff are helpful and when issues with the booking arose helped us rectify this. For blackpool and previous hotels not as bad as some for the price Room had a very strong smell of stale cigarette smoke and everyone would smoke at the front door so if the window was open the smell would travel right into the room (family room) as windows to the room was above the front door so couldn’t win. Curtains were very thin and confusing to arrange as held up with rope in the middle. Let alllll the light in in the morning so room was brown as day from 7am. In summer I could imagine it to be even worse. The hallway also had strong smell of cigarette smoke. Room felt very damp and not clean at all. Booked purely on the fact the other reviews said it was clean. Beds didn’t even have a mattress protector on them so was very stained and dread to think what from. Quilt/beds had sweaty smell like not freshly washed. We came back from the centre with 3 kids at around 10-11 and I couldn’t find anyone to ask and kids were shattered so just slept in our clothes on top of the bed with a blanket from home. Sink is very small in the corner of the room so the floor ended up wet. Quite cramped in the room not much space to get changed or move around. Literally just beds in a room and a small toilet/shower in the cupboard. Overall do not think the room is worth £125 a night.. I have stayed in one further out for half the price and was cleaner than this one with breakfast included. Never normally write reviews but as we had the kids do not want other people with kids going expecting it to be spotless because it isn’t
