Accommodation was very dated all round and cramped.

Fantastic Everything
-
fantastic location lovely staff superb value breakfast included nothing. yes, it needs a bit of updating, but it was clean and they had really made an effort with the Christmas lights!
-
It was central The bathroom. The shower was very small and you had to get in at a angle if you were a big person you had no chance of getting in to it
-
Perfect location and car park very close by

Good location for Winter Gardens and Tower. Smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Housekeeping was lacking - we had no toilet rolls and towels so had to ask.
-
Excellent stay, great location. Very comfy room and breakfast was very tasty. Arrived early and the room was already ready to check into.

Staff are always friendly and it’s always clean just what you need in blackpool Nothing

The room is a little on a small size

Once past reception things took a turn,, a pokey we lift serving all the floors, which for someone with a mobility issue was a godsend as we were on the 3rd floor. However I then had to go down a set of stairs with luggage to get to my room which was nothing like I'd seen on the pictures, dated, pokey curtains not hanging right valance not fitting the bed which was lumpy bumpy n bouncy. TV struggles to get signal, window latch hanging down furniture and headboards very dated worn and damaged. And as for the noise people running up and down corridors shouting laughing banging doors . And the shower was so noisy in the bedroom it gave me a bad head. The dining room was half painted and patched up. The food was however nice

Location Everything

the hotel was fine and location is great, however they seemed a bit short staffed from when i stopped there before and they had no happy hour anymore. Some of the floors creak so much that its difficult to sleep when people are walking around

Superb

The rooms are a bit dated, the bath mat was a piece of paper! It was clean but not the cleanest place we've stayed. There was some less than polite people using the hotel bar.
-
The bar was okay and where it was, was very handy for shops & some to eat We were next to the bar so wasn't very good

The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was very good and plenty of it. Could do with brining up to date. But the location is brilliant central location and next to the winter gardens!!
