The Norwood Hotel

Welcomed from the moment I walked through the door until I left, Sharon greeted me on arrival (and Reggie the dog) she welcomed me in and it smells gorgeous, it smells fresh and like talc. The room was gorgeous and there was a little tub of goodies including chocolate, biscuits, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, that kinda thing. There was a mini fridge with items inside including beers, wine, Pepsi max, Pringles, nuts with an extra charge and there was a book which talked about the hotel and recommendations where to eat out and stuff. The breakfast was just exceptional, preferred it over an all inclusive abroad haha. Oh my god the pastry thing I had was just GORGEOUS. There’s a selection of cereals, fresh fruit already cut up, yoghurts including Greek one, you get toast and then either waffles or full English ingredients breakfast, you can choose. They were lovely when going out and recommending places and talking about family and other stuff to which was lovely. They were both so welcoming and Reggie the dog was a pleasant surprise to, perfect for doggy cuddles!! Unfortunately he wouldn’t fit in my suitcase home, haha. This is definitely a gem of a place though with Sharon, Vince and Reggie you’ll definitely be in good hands. I’ll be back soon for sure!!! Oh and a bonus you could see Blackpool tower from my window, beautiful of the night! Honestly couldn’t even say anything bad really apart from a lot of the other hotels in the area looks really run down so this stands out as it looks so fresh in the street, but it is stunning and couldn’t have asked for anything more, they provided everything I needed and more!!

Everything! Sharon and Vince are so friendly and welcoming. Couldn't of asked for better hosts. The cooked breakfast was lovely! Rooms were super clean and had everything we could need! Was great to have a fridge in the room and a lovely selection of coffees etc. Shower was a decent size. Reggie their dog is super sweet and a part of the team. Loved saying hello to him everyday! Location was superb! Literally in the middle of everything. We both had the best sleep ever here too! I am a super light sleeper but I had 4 decent nights sleep! We would come back to see Sharon, Vince and Reggie

Lovely room, breakfast area and lounge Can’t think of anything

The breakfast was very good.Plenty of choice and nicely cooked. Location was spot on.

Perfection, Sausage to die for, great selection of pastries , cereal yoghurt and fruit.

Location excellent. Breakfast is great lots of choice, hosts superb friendly and Informative. Recommend really great. Will be visiting again soon. Parking in street difficult as 2 hours no return. No spaces available. Had to park 10. Mins walk away and parking costs £20.00 for 2 days. But that's the councils fault double yellow lines everywhere.

The location, the WIFI, the excellent breakfast. Also very kind and helpful owners. In case you wanted to leave early, packed breakfast was also possible. Nothing

a lovely couple run the place breakfast was great There were some very nice touches in the room: something to drink, sweets, biscuits. very thoughtful. Shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. These things make such a difference. Thankyou.

Beautiful furnishings, comfortable bed,exceptional breakfast and the couple that run it (Sharon and Vince) are fabulous! Nothing not to like !

Vincent & Sharon were very friendly and welcoming & went above and beyond to make our stay a lovely experience. Lovely complimentary goodies in room and everything you need. Including hairdryer & fan Breakfast very delicious with outstanding service.

Clean, friendly and close to everything Nothing

Lovely room, loved the little extras such as fruit shoots and snacks for the children because let’s face it they always need snacks. Owners were so lovely and the service was just exceptional and let’s not forget Reggie the cutest mascot :)

We liked EVERYTHING about our stay at The Norwood Hotel! It was so well presented and was super clean. So much thought had been given to ensure that the stay was as comfortable as possible, with every you could wish for being available in the room and that, along with a superb breakfast, made for a superb stay. In addition Vince and Sharon (and Reggie the dog) were so friendly and welcoming, and we could not have wished for anything more from our wonderful stay there. Thank you. Absolutely NOTHING!
