Convenient for Tower, clean, great staff, great breakfast & really good value for money. Room small, as expected but plenty of storage, good shower, hot water, really great value. Nothing really.

The location is very close to Winter Gardens, so it was perfect for us. Very old accomodation, not very comfortable, small room, but quite clean.

Always welcoming team who really make the effort to make me a solo traveller feel welcome and comfortable.

The staff was amazing very friendly. The breakfast was lovely, kind surprise. The WiFi was very good. Definitely is a place to go back. Just need a bit of update.

Broken window in bathroom, no heating, so extremely cold Bedroom clean G tidy with facilities, but also on the chilly side, slept with winter coat on the bed. Access in and out good, staff friendly, breakfast area, well stocked, clean and staff attentive.

about the breakfast we must wait 30-35mn to be serve ! except the last day ( on sunday) because it was the manager who provided the service breakfast service !
