This really looks like a scam.

we were not admitted to the guesthouse at all because everything was locked at 5 in the afternoon and there was no indication anywhere of any instructions on how to get to the keys to our rooms... we did not get answers to calls or messages... we had to decide on a long journey at night to our final destination Lastova... luckily we had an evening ferry, otherwise we would have slept on the street... I am also very disappointed with Booking's answers…This really looks like a scam.

Great place to stay in Blato. Central location, pristine hotel and clean and comfortable room. Great shower. Nice terrace available to relax. On arrival, we didn’t know how to get in as you need a card to enter the building. We had no service on our phone, so impossible to reach someone at the hotel. Luckily there’s a supermarket next door to hotel and the lady working there called the gentleman in charge of hotel who came over in a few minutes and let us in. So it’s worth getting in touch with hotel before arrival to establish how to get inside.
