It’s very quiet there’s no disturbance and it’s very clean and comfortable We never had warm water

I'm Location is good. Staff was friendly Toilet was leaking.

The reception area was nice and staff was friendly. The room was neat and tidy. The toilet was not flushing but maintainance was there in 5 minutes to sort out the problem. The water was not hot in the room. We waited 10 minutes for the bar to open even though it was supposed to be open 2 hours earlier.

Location and the rooms. The keys to the rooms were not working and ironing was a nightmare. The staff was a bit overwhelmed with having to open the rooms manually

Nothin Checking in took long, l didn't get my room key, every time I had to go to reception to ask them to open for me.. I struggled to get an iron

Location 1. Booking accepted for one type of room, got a different one and was told and i quote “ that’s all we have.” No apology, no explanation why they accepted my booking if it wasn’t available. 2. The room was dirty. Plain and simple. I found a wrapper next to the pedestal when I moved in. The carpet looked like it needed vacuuming and shampooing. Room was not cleaned at all the following day. Asked for an iron. Reception says they are waiting for it. A whole hotel, the same people who assured me they have irons we just have to request them. No offer to call or check if any of the ones out may be available for collection. Again, no apology. I have stayed in various hotels and guest houses in bloemfontein and this was quite a shame. Security at the gate were quite professional and helpful, perhaps they should be moved to reception?

The breakfast is toooooo expensive.i regret paying 233 rands and wish I had just gone to spur for a 60 rand breakfast The over priced breakfast.The coffee and milk only two satchets plus two satchets of sugar.What if a person once more than one cup of tea?

Bathrooms The floors were dirty, the rooms cold, aircon wasn't working. TV channels were very poor quality.

The location is nice. We did not have breakfast. We booked a room with a double bed but on our arrival, we were given a room with 2 single beds (even though we are a couple). The room was not up to a good standard. The water was dirty (brown in colour) so we couldn't even wash. On our arrival after a room allocation, we complained but the gentlemen who attended to us told us that the hotel was full and there was nothing they could do. To us this was very disappointing because we booked a week before we travelled so that we can get a comfortable room. The staff was unfriendly and not welcoming.

Everyone was good and friendly .. and everything was neat The bathroom in the room we were assigned was not functional... we had to complain multiple times before we had b3en moved to a new room.
