No microwave

I didn’t have a microwave & I saw 2 bugs

It was quiet and staff was friendly. Room was clean my only complaint is the WiFi is terrible.

Parking was good. Staff was helpful.

There are literal roaches in the room. They have one person running this and another local hotel, you have to call to get someone there to check you in. Which means no staff at all, no coffee, no working ice machine, and a place that should simply be closed.

You had to call a phone number and wait for the guy to check you in, wasn't very long about 3 minutes,

The TV had YouTube. Fantastic! There is no one around the desk or to check about the property. Tremendous noise levels at night. The rooms are connected by a door and my neighbors were super loud until 2-3 am in the morning. There seemed to be no one around to control that.

Genuinely nothing. Not a single employee in sight for our check in. We called and called, walked around to find someone, nothing, Ended up canceling our stay. Eventually, another guest came and told us that we had to check in at another hotel. This was not mentioned whatsoever in my conformation email. The property did not look or smell clean. There were no employees to help or even answer the phone. None of the public restrooms were open, both covered in caution tape. We left and booked with another hotel.

In Town Comfy Bed No front desk service after 7pm have to go to the hotel next door to check in Hotel smelled like cigarettes and Marijuana Cleanliness was subpar Found 2 cockroaches(this was in the morning as I was checking out)

Nothing worked, ice machine, bathrooms, in the rooms were another story. Just filthy property

there was roaches, the rooms lobby and other areas were filthy. they did not have towels to provide throughout our stay and we haven’t heard back about anything.

The internet was out I felt I should have been discounted on the room

No one working front desk, had to call another hotel next door to have someone check us in.

Was given a key to aroom, but when I tried to enter, the room was already occupied and locked from the inside. The second room was better, but the bathtub had a non-slip mat that was visibly dirty and stained, which made the bathroom feel unclean overall.

Weather

This was the worst place that I've stayed in the Bloomington area. There was no one at the check-in desk. My room was VERY dirty. It was not cleaned at all. The bed,at least, was made. No breakfast or even coffee in the lobby. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone and will not be back. You should not be advertising this site on Expedia !!!!!! AWFUL
