The paid on parking is expensive and inconvenient, but the location is fantastic and the staff was really great. The rooms are clean and newer with modern equipment unlike many hotels in Bloomington.

This hotel is so old and so broken down. The staff are clueless. We had an issue with the ac at 7pm and there was no maintenance on staff and the front desk said they could not help in any way. They were very nice but clueless.

Location The bedding. The bedspread, sheets and pillowcases were so wrinkled it looked worse than a Motel 6. I don’t expect that from a Hilton!

Nice and easy walk to everywhere in bloomington

They had one working elevator, which caused serious inconvenience for the hotel guests, and would be a safety concern for disabled guests, if trying to evacuate.
