Was very happy with our stay. Staff was friendly & helpful, everything was very clean, location is hard to beat, and the indoor pool was perfect for my family. You can walk to anything in town

Our cleaning lady barged into the room while we were taking a nap and not fully dressed. She said “they don’t tell me anything” seems like a managment slip. Great location, price, easy booking online.

Staff was very accommodating, helpful with information. Our room was clean, bright and well presented. Easy walk in and out of the town I would stay in this location again.

Always a must stay while we're in blowing rock!

Property is getting old. We missed not being able to have breakfast in the property.
-
Parking is tight and limited like all mountain parking. We enjoyed the pool and the provided pool towels were a nice amenity. We just missed the outdoor fire pit every night of our stay but it looked really fun so we'll try to do that on our next trip. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Cleanliness . Staff. Location

Clean and renovated. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was right out front They had coffee and water always available in the lobby. The indoor pool was nice as well. Great price. Short walk to downtown Blowing Rock. We will stay there again.

Hotel was nice, the pool is great, but the air conditioning was very loud in the room and the WiFi wouldn’t work past the entrance to the room (far corner room at end of hall)

We stayed in the Annex building on the property. The room was clean and parking was convenient. However the building and room was poorly maintained and needed updating.

Stayed here just for one night while passing through Blowing Rock, lovely and clean property overlooking a meadow with mallard ducks that we enjoyed looking at.

We stayed in the annex which was spacious and had a microwave and mini fridge. The elevator was out of service so we had to walk up to our room. We had a king bed which was reasonably comfortable. The room was very spacious and clean but the sun porch furniture was literally shredding. We had put the ac on auto but it never seemed to shut off. It was one large vent in the center of the room blowing on the bed. We had to shut it off at night as it was too drying. Hot water was great and we did take advantage of the pool which was quite large, good for laps. Good wifi and large selection of stations on satellite TV. The hallway carpets were dated and it was surprising to find the entrance door to the annex with no security lock. Also no diet soda in the vending machines. Very convenient location could walk into town. The front desk receptionist gave us a bottle of wine as we were there celebrating our anniversary which was a nice touch. There is a working gas fireplace which is a nice touch. Despite the shortcomings we did enjoy our stay.

Contrary to online info, they do NOT provide any breakfast.

Nice, clean hotel in heart of Blowing Rock! No food options at hotel though. Indoor pool was nice but kind of cold. Rooms were nice and newer. Beds comfy but pillows flat.
-
Price did not match the experience Our original room had no air conditioning, it took over 45 minutes to be moved, the new room keys didn’t work twice, and there was no hair dryer. The staff was polite and apologized, but no one offered any meaningful service recovery. I understand that problems happen, but for a hotel at this price point, I expected a better response to make things right.

Great place to stay in Blowing Rock. The room was spacious and clean. Family friendly hotel.

The staff are very courteous and helpful. We had the room that had its own private pool downstairs from the bedroom suite. There is a pump room associated with the pool and it was so loud it made falling asleep difficult. We asked if it could be turned off and that wasn’t possible, but the staff did offer us some earplugs. That they even had earplugs on hand tells you something. So, you’ll want some sort of sedative to help you sleep in this room. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay one night.

The room was spotless, and there was always a friendly person at the desk to help you
