The property was clean but the lobby had a very strong cleaning smell. Almost too much

When I arrived, I was asked for my card for damages. I gave him card and he started writing down my numbers. I then noticed the swipe machine in front of me. I asked him why are you writing my numbers down when I can use a normal swipe machine to pay for the hold and pet fees. He said they can’t do that and it had to be done this way. Totally weird interaction and I’m contemplating asking for a new card and number from bank. Property seemed clean until you entered. The place had fruit flies flying all over the place. Found drain/fruit gnats in our room. I spent 2 hours with a towel swatting gnats on walls of room after I asked front desk the reason behind all the gnats. I received o help from them. Pet friendly hotel mind you and they have like a 15’x10’ section for pets doing their business. Low hanging tree covering whole area. Another area of not so much grass was littered with broken glass. I would not recommend.

Mold everywhere! I don’t think the bathroom had been clean from the last FEW guests… Hair and dirt everywhere, used soap in the tub. Was honestly scared to stay here, but we needed a ‘nap’ traveling to Florida. Was not worth the money for a 4 hour nap!!!!

Toilet to low I'm old . Bed sagged and was not comfortable. Went to breakfast and returned to the room and key card wouldn't work. Price to high for these reasons

The floors, even though were mopped still left your socks and feet dirty. The coffee at the breakfast bar was almost undrinkable. The room cleaners were nice and courteous. Linda was especially nice and friendly. She did a great job cleaning the room. We bought trash bags to empty out the 2 small trash cans into on Wednesday and put it under the bathroom sink, when we left on Sunday morning, it was still there even though they had come into the room and put soap and tissues in there on Saturday. We had 3 adults and a 4 year old staying and the trash could have been emptied daily.

The floors were filthy. My daughter crawled on the floor for half an hour and her hands and knees were disgustingly dirty. They are hard floors so they should be easy to clean. the bathroom shower had layers of old tubs on it that were all dirty.

The walls were pair thin and i could hear every word spoken in the next room. The cleaning staff were in the hall outside my room laughing and talking loudly at 8am when i was still trying to sleep. They charge a$100 deposit that i was told would be refunded on check out within 24 hrs and it still has not been refunded 5 days later. The check in staff was very pleasant and helpful though.

Clean spacious rooms. Friendly and professional staff. Always enjoy having the breakfasts that are offered in the morning. That is a major plus !

Parking is easy and secure. Pillows look and feel OLD. I couldn’t even lay on 2. They were pretty gross.

I stay at this property every other Sunday. The upgrades are nice. The rooms are great. My favorite party is the shower with the perfect temperature of water. The complimentary coffee and breakfast is great as well No Ice machine on 3rd floor.

Location Everything was under construction if I would have known that I would have had to deal with all the noise from the construction and remodel. I would have stayed somewhere else. There was debris everywhere
