Variety it met my expectations

Good location, close to the sea. The balcony was very small and practically un-enjoyable. Room 615. And I’m sure the other levels with the same outline were the same size. But everything else was good. Still couldn’t connect the tv to the cable or internet.

The beds were SO soft, the natural light, and the hot tub capatialized on how much I appreciated the space and the 1pm check out, the staff

Location is good for boca People smoke. The room smelled like smoke continuously. When asked about my membership, they said it didn’t exist with the email I gave them which only shows me that they didn’t even tried.

Location was generally fine (i.e. ‚central‘). Room size was ok. Dirty bed sheets, noise from surrounding clubs and bars, room decor run down, air conditioning smelly (dirty??), Hotel entrance in poor state (blocked Doors), run down lobby furniture (a mixed mass), likely only minimum maintenance done. Wouldn‘t give it more than 2 stars.

She treated guests as if she were doing them a favor, which was utterly unacceptable. On the morning of my check-out, I requested towels for a shower, only to be consistently dismissed by Jaqueline. I waited a staggering 40 minutes for the towels to arrive, while feeling like a nuisance for a basic request.Additionally, the housekeeping staff displayed a similar lack of professionalism and courtesy. It's baffling that employees fail to understand that guests are paying customers deserving of respect and proper service.Moving on to the rooms themselves, the reality fell far short of expectations. For the exorbitant price paid, one would anticipate accommodations akin to those of the Hotel Intercontinental. Instead, I was greeted with disappointment. Rooms 701 and 702 were not only inadequately cleaned, with hairs littering the floor, but also showed signs of neglect, including poorly executed paintwork and precarious toilet paper holders.Moreover, the technological amenities were severely outdated. The television resolution resembled that of a bygone era, and the Wi-Fi connection was practically non-existent, despite numerous attempts to connect.Overall, my stay was marred by incompetence and neglect. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment. It's evident that the management fails to prioritize customer satisfaction and basic standards of hospitality.

Good size room The hall in the 6th floor have had some kind a bad odor, but other than that my stay was ok.

LOCATION No SHAMPOO IN THE ROOM. RESTUARANT FOOD POOR.

The customer service was great! Since I got to the hotel the valet were great! They took my belongings to my room. The breakfast buffet had a great selection. The pool had a great view Nothing, I loved the property.
