Room is great,

The room not that clean, i saw a lot of dust on the table,small corner of coffee station, and bathroom and WIFI not working good.

Not having a mat or towel to put on the floor when you get out of the tub/shower. I slipped and almost fell.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Everything was cozy, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The only thing I didn’t quite understand was why I was assigned an accessible room. The bathroom, with its special equipment and layout, wasn’t very convenient for me. However, this was only a minor inconvenience rather than a real issue. Apart from that, everything was wonderful. The hotel itself, the breathtaking view from my window, the cleanliness, and the overall atmosphere exceeded my expectations. I truly have no complaints. I had a fantastic stay and would be very happy to return.

There are no streaming services, only local cable (which is in Norwegian). As an international brand, this makes no sense to not have streaming services since many of their customers likely do not speak Norwegian.

Good location. Great breakfast

Good location, not far from Bus stop to airport, right near harbor, room was clean Some staff were so non helpful (bus stops? restaurants? just didn’t try to help at all, very grumpy!) Mostly business men vibe, military (they get the 11th floor) rooms had tiny windows, rooftop bar is nice, really good bartender but vibe was “meh”

Location was convenient. Staff was super friendly and helpful! Rooms were large and beds were comfy. Breakfast had tons of options. The shower only has a half of a door, which I know is very European but I don't prefer it.

Everything amazing

Cleaning of the room was not enough and when I took a shower water drain was not enough. I explain to the front desk and they solved the problem. But it has to be checked before guests stat at the hotel. About breakfast again I faced the cleaning problem such as plate, fork was dirty and little tomatoes was not clean enough. To the end I didn't like machine coffee because it taste not good for me. The last thing which I would like to complain is that I made my reservation for three nights from booking. com and I have to early one day before. However I paid the last night even I didn't stay there. That happened to me completely disappointing.

Anyone can walk in

Excellent hotel, excellent service, excellent breakfast. Very convenient to get from the airport, just a 5-6 minutes by bus. There is a small convenience store next to the hotel and many good restaurants nearby. The service of the reception staff is outstanding

When I booked, I was given the option of twin beds (depending on availability). In reality we got a double bed and verified that there was probably no possibility to have twin beds in such a small room. Then, one of us slept on the floor, which was quite unfortunate when paying for an expensive hotel. The twin beds was never an option and it was the factor that made me book, so we were mistaken by the system. It is not ok to leave the availability risk to the customer!

Very smart room layout despite being small but it had everything you need. Comfy bed. Very clean.
