Fantastic surprise! - beautiful huge multilevel lobby overlooking harbor with a bar and restaurant - very nice rooms / beds with great views - Hands down, the best included buffet breakfast I’ve ever seen. And I’ve seen a lot all over the world. - checkout was seamless / staff helpful and friendly - great location for restaurants

Great location right near the Port for Lofoten and less than 10 minutes from the airport. There was no designated parking if you have a rental car. You have to find street parking.

Very nice hotel, ideally located next to the ferry harbor and train station. Clean and comfortable rooms - Friendly Staff - Excellent breakfast. Rooms are bit small.

The checkin and checkout process was very very quick and smooth. The reception was very helpful any time we needed info. The gym had good equipments and the breakfast was very very tasty, with plenty of options The yoga mat in the gym could be a little bit better (it was very old)

The hotel has a great location and the rooms are comfortable, though they are a bit small. There was absolutely no ventilation - no air conditioning nor a fan in the room and it was extremely hot. For sure it is not acceptable in a modern hotel as it was almost impossible to sleep with the heat in the room.

The initial reception attended was not friendly or helpful. There was another attendant later that night that was very nice and friendly, had suggestions for meals as it was a holiday and a lot of places were closed, and doubled as the bartender.

I liked it all. Especially the cheerful, helpful treatment at the Front Desk, awesome selections at breakfast.

New, clean, modern, cozy, elegant. Room was fun, one big bed and a bunk bed high up. Very tall ceiling. Bathroom clean and modern. Breakfast was amazing!
