The staff were amazing could not do enough for you.location is excellent not far from anything The rooms are small and run down.The food, while ok at first, was the same every day, and after 5 days, I and my wife, as well as many other guests, developed a stomach issue and couldn't be far from a toilet the all-inclusive bar serves beet wine gin vodka and raki as well as coffee tea and soft drinks only,The cleaners need to be tought how to clean properly our bathroom was not cleaned for over a week ,Overall it was a dirty place as was Gumbert in general. I will never be returning there

Location. Cleaners didn’t clean. Just made beds and changed toilet rolls. Shower created swimming pool, not sorted when reported. Pool cleaner asking to join us in the room and making inappropriate comments.

The stuff at Hello hotel was incredible! Big thanks and credit to the stuff Murat at the bar and Mahri for their hospitality and help during our stay! They made our stay 100 times better and nicer, because both of them are such lovely, positive and happy persons. The room was nice and had everything we needed during our stay. The meals and drinks the hotel provided was excellent ad well,

I loved the atmosphere the vibe the layout it was great Not much not to like apart from sun loungers near one pool not that comfortable too low down , and the food was great but need covers on all the food especially in the heat , and to sort the uneven floor in dinning area ,

Location is excellent. Staff is also very helpful. Wi-fi was not good atleast in my room. but at other places even in balcony it was good. Dont expect much for TV/ channels. Beach is only 5 min walk. Overall it was a good experience. Its not a bad commend but my experience which is actually funny :) ....'Staff promptness to maintain this cleanliness while you are eating' .. If you are alone and will leave your plate on table with food for taking something else... they will pickup your utensils and food and after your immidiate return in 45 seconds.. nothing will be there.. hahhahha...anyway its joke but it shows their promptness... overall it was a good experience. only -ve is No. of TV channels.. not sure it is a policy of hotel or overall.. but if you want to relax at your room (though this is not the case if you are a tourist as Bodrum offers a lot outside).. then you will be disappointed as there is almost nothing to watch.!!!. Wi-fI at my room was not good but if I was outside i.e at cafeteria/Pool or even it balcony.. it was OK.

Location, pools and bar staff Air-conditioning needed fixing on 3 occasions. Ants on balcony. Impolite behaviour from a member of staff. Cats everywhere. Concrete base for a bed. Fridge in room barely cold. Constant foul oder in room

Staff were really friendly and the hotel itself was beautiful. It was great value for money. It is surrounded by lots of shops, bars, and restaurants but is still extremely peaceful. WiFi was good in communal areas, but not in our room. We didn't like the all inclusive wrist bands simply because it stated the hotel name, everytime we left the hotel we would experience men either actively grabbing our wrists to see where we are staying or just looking and then stating they know where we are staying. This is obviously really uncomfortable and doesn't feel the safest, especially for two young girls.

I like the location, the pool is clean and good. everything is around you. No elevator (but it’s fine for me we still young). There is no refrigerator or stove, this two things are so important for me. It's all including, but that quality of food, we prefer to eat outside but may be just us we didn't like the food. No parking area, the guy from hotel said you need to deal with the car. You need to check the size of room, our room was 16m2 which so small for us with to big bags.

I visited this place with my partner and the whole experience was faultless. Check in was easy, and the hotel facilitated a check in close to midnight without a problem. We booked for All Inclusive, and the food was so fresh and well cooked. The breakfast was a fresh Turkish breakfast and the lunch and evening meals were full of flavour and the best hotel meal I've had for a long time. All the staff were very friendly and the bar staff both kept us entertained for the entire week. Nothing was too much to ask from the two behind the bar, they were amazing! The whole hotel was friendly with clean rooms and good fun to be had. The location was ideal for heading to the beach or out on an evening, but it was also very easy to stay in for the night too. We're already looking at booking a return trip There was nothing to not like. The hotel is perfect and great for couples.
