This property is close to everything. Steps from beach, restaurants, and shopping. I didn’t like that I had to leave.

The location is perfect off a main road and the flowered path to the sea boardwalk is in a hundred steps or so, restaurants, and shopping in both directions perfect for strolling and flat. {it can be a bit difficult for a taxi driver that does not know they have a parking area in front of hotel so best to arrange airport or bus pickup directly with them, as they set up drivers that know their property. } My room had a sea view, but the rooftop terrace has spectacular views and nicely cloth covered tables for the complimentary coffee and tea service plus a nice sofa area to relax. Also on the terrace is a kitchen for guests to use. Room was an adequate size for the value and provided a minifridge. Has aircon. I just left the windows open. Had privacy curtains and black out drapes. Cleaning and sheet change every 3rd day but if you needed more of something just ask. Someone was always around the front desk except at night. Keys allowed entrance to front door with a pass as well as a personal key to the room. 3 floors with no elevator but they handled the luggage in and out. Shopping markets are close by. Stayed 5 nights and it was lovely. The bedspread was a bit scratchy.

Great location, easily walkable, clean rooms. We were able to park right out front. They met us at the gate to open it so we could drive down the road, otherwise we were quite confused by the map how to get there with the road blocked. Friendly hosts and good value. Room is small but that’s expected in an older building. It would’ve been nice to get breakfast but it wasn’t offered since it was low season, which is understandable. The bedding was particularly uncomfortable with just one scratchy blanket and no sheet. There is an extra blanket to add on top but I imagine those don’t get washed. A duvet with cover is always preferred.

It’s near the beach and restaurants which is nice, but you have to walk up an alley way to the hotel that’s not very inviting. The hotel is overall very small and basic. Tight stairways and hallways, and very small rooms. There’s basically just enough room to walk around the bed. The bed is firm even by European standards, the sheets are a little rough, you are just provided with one thin and rough blanket, and pillows are under-filled. The bathroom is also very tight and the water temperature and pressure vary quite a bit while you’re using it.

Location, Cleanliness, Terrace Nothing

Friendly hosts. Nice room with balcony. Terrace for relaxing and enjoy your own food. Close to ocean. Best towels on our trip. Not a complaint, but if you stay, tell them you have a car so the reserve a place for you.

Bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the key system was weird (you leave your room key at reception whenever you leave).

The location is perfect. Right in the city center. The staff are brilliant, ready to help and advice. The small room was clean and everything was working.

Great location in Bodrum. Owners were awesome and opened breakfast earlier as we had an early connection. Comfortable bed. Great AC in the hot august weather. Good breakfast. No lift. But help with bags.
