The location is very good The whole resort needs a good makeover The food is very poor Even breakfast was dire if we had paid full price we would have wanted our money back.

nothing their staff was extremely unprofessional, dirty rooms and most importantly our hotel bill was 162 euros but they charged 1362 euros from our credit card. highly stressful and unpleasant stay i had because of them. they don’t even have a chef and are offering breakfast. do not book this place with your credit card. save your time and money

Exceptional

The pool is really nice and clean and there is a nice ambiance around it with the bar and all the customers. We had free alcohol all day and all inclusive food that is a little répétitive after a a few days. But for this price you can also go out and eat in restaurants around. Special mention to the staff who were really nice (Cafer and Elif). This hotel has probably been very good in the past like 15 years ago when it first opened. The problem is now it seems to decline a little. The problem is you get what you pay for and then after people complain it was not like a five stars and give a bad review. I think this is really good for the price I paid.

unprofessional management, everything was horrible; cleaning, food, hygiene, hotel management. i never seen such a terrible hotel like this. i used to stay this hotel 20 years ago and this hotal was best hotel in turkey. now unbelievable. definitely don’t go there. it’s horrible

Didn't like anything about the property It is very dirty no towels in the rooms after 11 it's not all inclusive ?

Place is clean and has a good overall atmosphere. Excellent for a relaxing holiday and food is great too. A great guy whom we got to know was still new was extremely helpful and excellent at his job. Value for money Wifi rarely works especially in room. Once we checked in they gave us a room key only to enter and find another couple's belongings still not checked out. Situation was resolved quite quickly though.

Nothing, it was awful and a total ripoff. They also charged us $260 for a lousy meal! I didnt appreciate the fact that they made us wait out in the lobby for over 3 hours before they had our rooms ready! They kept lying to us about how long it would take. After we decided to cancel our reservations, they still charged us $260 just because we stepped inside!

1) First of all it’s a tasty food. Not much variety from day to day, but still nice. A lot of cheese and super sweet desserts - are my favourites. 2) Nice and welcoming staff. All was good from check in to check out. 3) Lovely view from swimming pool and some activities there (like water polo). 1) Drinks wasn’t so good (but it’s okay for that price for our stay) 2) Cleaning of rooms could be better (always dirty floor, but everyday changing of towels) 3) At the mornings everyday was a cold water in the shower.

The rooms were cleaned everyday and the cleaning woman was really nice and available. The staff at the reception was nice and always ready to help, even if they haven't always solved the problems. The structure and the rooms are really beautiful with different views on the city. The food and the buffet were ok, sometime always the same stuff(always lamb) but also some grill in different nights on the poolside. The airport shuttle was really good, the price was a normal one and the guy super nice and professional In our room the air conditioning wasn't working and it was impossible to sleep without, because of the high temperatures. Then we asked for a change room., they gave us a new room, but the situation was the same. Not working so good and the room was always hot. They refused always to call us taxi to reach our destination. The wifi is working only on the pool side, no wifi in rooms or in gardens. There wasn't no warm water in the morning and the night, so after a walk in the city with hot temperature we had to took cold showers. Can i recommend the structure? Yes, i can Would i return? Maybe, after some adjustment.

It was my best vacation alone. Hotel environment is friendly. The facilities of the hotel were sufficient and the rooms were clean. it was a great holiday :)

My friends recommended it. I have never regretted going and had a pleasant time. Now I recommend it to my other friends. let's see what they think :)))

It's been a nice vacation so far. I spent a long time in the pool. The hotel is fun and supportive of your needs. I want to come again next summer.

Beautiful hotel and quite big. All was good, the rooms were clean and had an aircon. We enjoyed the night walks in the serenity of this place.

Easy check-in although we arrived late, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and they made some specially delicious cakes.

The ambiance is amazing, the theme of the hotel is original. I’d like to thank the chef for the food, waiters and bartenders were pleasant and friendly. I wish i could of stayed longer but could not change my flight ticket.

Worth the price! I had a long stay with my boyfriend and we both enjoyed it. Some nights they had a show of dancers which was a great experience. I will defo recommend it to my friends.
