- The location is good, and you can walk to the main attractions on foot. - It was not crowded. - The AC worked, and the sheets were clean. - The staff reluctantly changed our room after our first one did not meet expectations. I will explain more below. Our first room had massive gaps around the doors and windows, making the sound isolation non-existent. You could hear every detail from outside—including the reception staff watching sports—which meant anyone outside could also hear everything inside, completely ruining any sense of privacy. ​ The plumbing was equally bad. The shower drain in the first room was clogged and flooded the bathroom unless you constantly turned the water on and off. The showerhead leaked, and the toilet had algae trails from a continuous slow leak. When we were finally moved to an upgraded room, that shower also leaked from the pipes, which completely broke the waterfall function. ​ The WiFi was unusable at 1–2 Mbps, dropping connection constantly. Basic apps like Google Maps barely worked, and the room's TV lagged and buffered endlessly. ​ Breakfast was below average and had to be ordered at reception each morning. On our second day, there were no drinks put out. To make matters worse, stray cats roam the outdoor dining area and jump directly onto the tables where plates and cutlery are set, so you have to clean your utensils before eating and guard your food the moment you turn around. ​ When we raised these concerns, the staff were annoyed and gave us a lecture on the hotel's amenities instead of helping. I eventually asked for a refund so we could leave, but they refused, citing booking policies. As a last effort before walking away and booking somewhere else, I showed them video proof of the issues, and only then did they finally agree to change our room. ​ Booking this place based on location and reviews was a big mistake. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else

An excellent budget-friendly accommodation. The room was very warm and clean, and the breakfast was lovely. We had some difficulty finding the location, and upon arriving late at night we were somewhat scarred about walking into the area due to the limited lighting. However, a hotel representative came to meet us.

Perfect location, very kind/helpfull staff, good price, nice garden, cozy rooms. Stayed here for the second time, would highly recommend and we will definitely come back. The bathroom could have been a little bit more clean.

Absolutely amazing place to stay, staff extremly helpful and profesional. Rooms are very cosy,and really clean. Bed linen changed daily.Perfect location even though in city centre, close to all amenities, atmosfere still peaceful and charming. Photos dont do the justice, its much more luxiorous. The breakfast was very tasty and full of local wonders. Definitely would book again.

we liked the clean comfortable room - spacious and light. we liked the fantastic location close to the old centre of Bodrum. it was vibrant and atmospheric with the Fish Market and and little alley ways with interesting small shops and restaurants and bars. Despite this, the hotel was quiet and peaceful with a beautiful courtyard to sit in. The service was friendly, unobtrusive , and professional. The manager Nur was very helpful in checking bus schedules and arranging a taxi for us. We would highly recommend this hotel, especially for travellers arriving by ferry from Greece which operates all year round. The hotel is a 15 min walk from the Ferry port. we liked everything.

The staff is very polite and attentive. The hotel is very quiet and cozy and the rooms are definitely clean. My family and I will come back here again. Turkey is a very beautiful and hospitable country.

Great location. In only 5 minutes walk you can be in central street of taxes station. Owner was very welcoming en helpful about all questions that we have. He did give us good recommendation about restaurants and beach location.The biggest inpakte on me was exterior of the place. Very nice inside garden like a small eiland of pice. We will definitely be back
