The bathroom shower was broken.

I stayed 6 nights. Unfriendly staff no smile, there is no proper cleaning, even for so small things need to beg and run after such as for towel and toilet papers, just because my friend sit 5 minutes while breakfast is serving and started to get food by 10.35 they refused to give breakfast to her started to collect all the items, plates and i had to involve and argue for a small breakfast. All those happened even we upgraded to a suite from the first day of arrival which they charged for a fortune.

Ideally placed in centre of town. Excellent value for lonely and friendly staff.

Some things didn’t work so well but the staff was helpful to find alternative solutions.

The only positive point I can think of is the location. Everywhere was really easy to reach. ⚡The receptionist was not welcoming or even smiling let alone being helpful. ⚡I was startled at midnight because some of the guests in the lobby were speaking and laughing so loudly and no one was taking care of it. ⚡ The room was dark and gloomy. ⚡The room facilities were below standard. Generally speaking I don't think it's worth the price.

Reception staff’s behavior, location The hotel is new and the reception staff are friendly and helpful. However, the room doors don't block noise well, making it hard to sleep, especially on the ground floor where even lobby TV sounds are audible. The king-size rooms are very small with limited space to move, while the twin rooms are slightly better. We originally booked a twin room but were asked to be provided with a king room, we were provided with king room for 2 nights, where the room had a dirty pillow and a broken shower head. The twin room we stayed in for the third night was better, but still noisy. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, and the WiFi works well. There are plenty of tables to sit and enjoy food and drinks with friends or a partner at the hotel territory.

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms and friendly, helpful staff Only a little thing but immediately you remove the key from slot in room all the lights go off so it’s tricky to open door.

Lovely style of the hotel, great location. Friendly and kind staff. The hotel has a potential, but few things missing that makes an experience less pleasant. 1. The AC unit was not very powerful which was important considering the temperature outside. 2. The rooms in my opinion need brighter lighting to make it more cozy. 3. Would prefer the blankets on the beds to be with a sheets as it’s more hygienic 4. The room doesn’t have kettle or cups and when we asked for it they couldn’t provide.

The staff are so friendly and kind and welcoming. Place is safe and clean. Specially the guy in the reception his name Turgay always happy to help. And other staff. Everything was good at the place

Location is perfect. Parking might be difficult but that’s to be expected for such a central location.
