Toloman Hotel Bitez Beach

The staff and in particular the man in charge were very friendly and helpful. The location on the sea front was excellent. The rooms were very clean and comfortable but could be updated.

Location is perfect, on the water with access to many restaurants and shops as well as 15 min walk to jetty for boat trips. Restaurant is good, sun lounges great and water is clean. Don't forget to bring your own towel for the beach. Rooms are basic but very clean, appreciated the clothes line! Daily servicing with towels changed every 2cdays and sheets 3 days. Bathroom and Shower are tiny. No soundproofing whatsoever. Breakfast is limited and repetitive.

On the positive side, the food was delicious .Additionally, the hotel’s proximity to the sea provided stunning views and easy access to the beach there were a few significant issues that impacted our overall experience. Upon arrival, we discovered that the first room we were given had no working air conditioning, which was very uncomfortable given the hot weather. After raising this issue with the staff, we were moved to a second room. Unfortunately, this room had its own problems – it was full of ants, room was for two despite the fact that we were three people. One of us slept on couch, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the furniture in both rooms was very old and worn out, which detracted from the overall comfort and aesthetic of the stay. While the food and the seaside location were good, the problems with our rooms were disappointing. The hotel management should address these issues to improve the overall guest experience.

The courtyard of the apartments was quite pretty with a nice pool. It was well maintained with lovely flowers everywhere. Staff was nice. Short walk to the beach. Very dated furniture in apartment and no soap to wash dishes. Holes in sheets and very VERY basic breakfast. We visited at the end of October and Bitez was absolutely dead quiet. It’s quite a journey to Bodrum so we’d definitely stay closer during the quiet season.

location: ok rooms will not be cleaned / beds not be made. not up to the service level expected by a hotel. do we have to clean the hotel room ourselves and make the beds ourselves?

great location by the sea the accommodation offered a peaceful rest for us as a family. Food was amazing with a reasonable price . Staff was friendly and rooms were clean we liked everything really. I'll tell you right away. There are apartments near the sea and not near the sea. I lived in an apartment not near the sea. It is a beautiful place with a clean pool and green garden. You can find cats in the garden. The apartment is clean, lots of dishes. Initially, we were escorted to an apartment different from the photographs, but we were indignant and we were escorted to the apartment that is in the photographs. A free seat on the beach and a 10 percent discount in the restaurant are also present. The man with long gray hair was always genuinely friendly. Special thanks to him! There is an unstable and weak wi-fi connection during the day and sometimes the absence of it at night. I really want to put 10 out of 10, but I can't because there is also a problem with hot water. Little problem during the day, but at night there is no hot water in the shower. Moreover, I think this is the decision of the hotel owners, because I cannot explain it in another way.

Staff was very friendly, location is great. Facility is appropriate for families. Either beach or pool was available to enjoy the Summer Sun. Generally our stay was pleasure.
