It’s a very nice location and place. The stuffs are very friendly and helpful. Especially for the families i highly recommend. If you’re not looking super fancy and luxury hotel this hotel one of the best. Beautiful beach night time too many nice restaurants by beach in front of the hotel. We ate our last dinner at hotel it was amazing. Don’t be upset when you come here The only bad part they don’t have elevators and ramps in the entrance. There is only one level you should be call bell boy or carry your luggage .

-Our stay in Costa bitezhan was great due to its convenient location, which made it easy to reach most locations within a reasonable time period, given that we had a car. -The pool size was decent and so was the private beach area which elevated our stay. -The staff were friendly and cooperative especially Naz at the reception who upgraded us to a better room upon our arrival and made sure everything went smooth and comfortably which made the overall experience much better. -The breakfast was nice and had quite the variety, with a spacious dining area around the pool. - Even though the room was comfortable and convenient some amenities were abit worn out, and needed small improvements but nothing that bothersome so didn’t sense the urgency to report it to the hotel. We were not requesting room cleaning everyday however the minimal times that we did ,I noticed that the bed sheets were not changed at all as there was a noticeable stain, which wasn’t something major though, however towels were changed and the room was organized well each time to say the least. So No free dedicated parking space which was already mentioned, however I managed to find parking easily around the hotel at most times and wasn’t that far or inconvenient.

My favorite thing to do drinking my coffee while watching the sunset through my balcony from now on? Bitez is really calm and quiet all of the time. I love the food and everything is good.

I booked this hotel based on the photos and description on Booking.com, but the reality was completely different. After a 10-hour drive, we arrived exhausted and were shocked by the condition of the property. The reception area was dark, dirty, and unwelcoming. When we were shown our room, it was filthy — with visible mold around the toilet and sink, and a strong, nauseating smell that made it impossible to stay. It was nothing like the pictures. The room was clearly not cleaned properly, and the whole place felt neglected and unsafe. We immediately told the staff we couldn’t stay and asked to cancel, but they refused to refund our money because it was a “non-refundable” booking. However, we never checked in, and we left immediately to find another hotel. This was not a change of plans — it was due to the unacceptable conditions. I’ve reported the issue to Booking.com and hope they investigate. I’ve used Booking.com many times before, but this was deeply disappointing. Avoid this property if you value cleanliness, honesty, and basic comfort.

The carpets in the hotel do not give a good impression and needs some cleaning. As we left we saw that they were going to spring clean the area around the pool.

We stayed there on the last day of hotel but couldn't get enough of it cuz it was just perfect. Definitely gonna come back next year!

The experience was exceptional, particularly considering the value. The staff provided excellent service, and the hospitality was outstanding, especially Seçil, she was super friendly and helpful with always smile on her face. While the food was not flawless, it was enjoyable. The air conditioning was not working well.

Seçil was so helpful and approachable during our stay. Also, the other staff members were helpful. The food was generally good. The bar was open until 23:00 and it had a good selection. The hotel was quiet enough so we were able to rest well. We met some nice guests too so it made our stay more enjoyable. The balcony had a nice view The towels and linens were kind of old, the furniture looked outdated as well. So, it was not dirty but the hotel needs some renovation. Another point is that the sea is a bit shallow for us. I would like to have tags on the food, mentioning what each meal has (gluten, lactose, etc) When I asked about the filling of borek, the staff was a bit surprised. It would be easier to choose if the food names and ingredients are written

We loved everything but our favorite thing about the hotel was definitely food. Since it is open buffet they have multiple options. Rooms were clean and staff was really helpful.

Overall, the experience was ok, location is good but not worth the price we paid. The food wasn’t the best, we had to go and eat outside most of the times. The staff were super friendly and helpful but the food was very basic.

I came there with my family and we were %100 perfectly treated in this hotel. Staff was awesome. They just take care of you in any point. And it's definitely family friendly hotel. They have 2 pools and also an amazing beach. We just relaxed all day on beach. Perfect!!

We stayed at Costa Bitezhan Hotel for a week with my husband and our two little ones, and it was a nice experience. The beach is right there, which made it easy to keep the kids happy. The food was tasty, especially the fresh fruits and breakfast. The room was clean and big enough for all of us. The staff were friendly and always helped us with a smile.
