Hotel Gumbet

Location is perfect for exploring gümbet and doing day visits to bodrum harbour. Service was really good the hosts took care of everything and made us feel welcomed. Overall can't really ask more from a hotel ?

Gumbet hotel runned by very nice and kind lovely people who is always there to help with everything .Everything was perfect from the moment I arrived until I checked out. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious every day, and view and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was amazing. I truly felt relaxed and cared for during my stay. Thank you to the entire team for making my holiday so special and felt like home. I will definitely come back Everything was perfect

Extremely kind staff. Beautiful Poll area. Nice breakfast. The owners have put so much effort into the pool and restaurant that they forgot the main purpose of a hotel is to provide a clean and comfortable place to sleep. The room was very dirty. The sink had hair from a previous guest, the faucet was caked in toothpaste, the shower was clogged and covered in mold, every handle was covered in grime, every surface was covered in dust, and there was just a general sense of uncleanliness. I think their idea of turning over a room is mopping the floor and changing the linens while everything else is ignored. The bed was horribly uncomfortable, and the sheets felt like cardboard. The AC made very loud clicking noises, and the curtains only had one opaque panel that covered half the window. The other half was sheer, and our room faced the pool, so part of our room was visible to people at the pool for our entire stay. The owner and staff are very kind and work hard to make you feel welcome with extras and amenities. However, I think management needs to go back to basics. Making sure the rooms are cleaned properly, replacing the mattresses or adding mattress toppers, providing better blankets, and installing full curtains would go a long way.

The service at Hotel Gümbet is exceptional. The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. I would love to stay at Hotel Gümbet again!

The hotel is right in Gumbet, close enough to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife, but still comfortable enough to unwind. It’s very convenient whether you want a quiet day or a lively evening out. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Nothing overly fancy, but well-maintained and practical. The air conditioning worked well (which is important in Bodrum), and the overall cleanliness was consistent. I also liked the pool area, which had a nice, relaxed vibe during the day—perfect for taking a break from the beach or just enjoying some downtime.
