Beautiful hotel property. Location is excellent, close to town center, cafes, beach and shopping. Walk the road uphill behind the hotel for incredible views. Washroom is very small, the shower stall is tiny. Some eating utensils (plates and mugs) were chipped, cracked.

The hotel is so chill and peaceful with an amazing view of Bodrum. The location is also amazing. You can easily walk to the city center in 10 minutes. We didn’t even need to use our car one during our stay. The breakfast was so good too!

The layout is fun, the landscaping and setting is beautiful, they upgraded our room and had a private terrace looking out over the pool and the harbor with a castle view The drinks were hit or miss and were extremely expensive; it’s located up the hill a ways so, unless you’re dropped off at the door, you have to walk up a fairly steep hill for a couple blocks - not necessarily a negative but something people should be aware of

Small bed and no blackout curtains. Bed is too small for couple.

The hotel has a wonderful location with views over the sea Marina and castle. The staff were all exceptional There are a great number of stairways some of which had low level railings which were quite difficult and anxiety making for my husband who has mobility and balance issues. This point is not a complaint but it would have been helpful if there was information regarding this available pre booking. There was music playing from about 8 in the morning to late into the evening which was quite intrusive.

The staff were so friendly & helpful. Beautiful views from around the pool. Food & cocktails were also very good. The selection of food for breakfast was a little thin.

I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel, as it was free from young children, which allowed for a more relaxing stay. Additionally, I was impressed by the overall approachability and politeness of the staff. I want to especially highlight Ms. Sherry, whose genuine smile and cheerful demeanor always brightened my day whenever I interacted with her. Her exceptional customer service made a positive impact on my experience.

The Receptionist, bell boy and the breakfast staff were EXCELLENT! A) very inconvenient to get to the rooms up ans down flight of various steps ( some wooden and rickety) B) THE A/C DID NOT WORK. VERY HOT IN THE ROOM. STAFF CAME AND SAID THEY COULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. C) OVER PRICED. Rooms were more like 2.5 star at best. Very Tiny bathrooms. The toilet holder coming off the wall, soap dispensers not working etc. No Electonic key… old school safe with physical key ….

The location was nice, very close to the water but a little quieter as not in the centre of everything. The views are amazing and the small pool was nice. The room was a strange layout but was comfortable enough. The breakfast was very disappointing & basic with very few options, I ate out two of the four mornings I was staying. There were not enough sun loungers for the amount of guests & people were reserving them by the smaller pool from very early in the morning. The other pool is not that nice. Facilities were very basic for the price of the hotel & most of the staff didn't speak much English - my room was not cleaned on the first day because the maid didn't understand that I asked her to come back later. Also worth noting that the hotel is up a fairly steep hill which could be challenging for some people to access.

Everything was good Infact more than expected. I wish i had more time to stay there.

The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were super clean and tidy and the staff were so helpful. Everything was wonderful. The cleaners were a bit rude and did not know English much which was a little bit of a problem for non-Turkish speakers

Your hotel is a lovely gem. The location is great, facilities are great and the staff is wonderful! Everyone who works here is exceptional, but in particular Naji, Denis, and Kilase. These team members made our holiday wonderful. There was nothing we didn't like.

View of the sea and Bodrum Castle, pools, large suite with patio.

The location is great, some of the staff are excellent. Before we arrived we were contacted by a staff member asking us to purchase cigarettes at the duty free as a favour. After contacting the hotel to ensure the legitimacy of the message it was confirmed. Asking how much, they told me 20 euros, but which when I went to pay, were 23 euro, plus .50 commission for using my card. When I had purchased the cigarettes, I notified the person straight away, yet when I got to the property, he only gave me 20 euros. Perhaps he thought I was one of the local shop owners who you bargain with. Then there’s the hidden service charges, when you go to check out. It’s a hotel, service is what you should provide as a part of your room rate. The room was fairly clean, however you could see the rings on top of the coffee table, and the floor is covered in fine grit. They give you one large bottle of water for a 3 day stay, then charge 60 Tly for a tiny bottle from the bar fridge. So on top of my room rate my check out ends up being another $220 for 2 main meals, a pizza, an entree, a beer and 2 small bottles of water. BTW, I never got a hint that my 3.50 euro would be returned either.
