Parkim Ayaz Hotel

- Dishes/food was amazing, great variety of Turkish cuisine and there is also bbq. We were very pleasant of what we have eaten there. There was also a lot of different meze, which goes great with Turkish raki. - Employees were very helpful at any time we needed their support. - If this is your only place of vacation to swim, this isn't it. Beach is shallow for a long distance, if you want to go deeper there is a lot of seaweed. I didn't like it in general. Pools are also super crowd (There are 3 in total) - The place Hotel is placed in is very noisy, and it was very crowd, I mean the hotel was super packed, we were unable to find sunbeds (in pool areas), dinner area is also very tight most of the times. - I didn't like the cocktails.

The room, entertainment and the entire resort are amazing and we had excellent experience. I would like to thank Yaseen for the outstanding service as well as the entire including Cem, Ayaz, Ibrahim, Suleyman, Entertainment team.

1. Check in and check out were faster and very clear. 2. enough sunbeds for everyone 3. Beach was 2 mins away from the room 4. Fatma from kids club was amazing, my daughter liked her very much. 5. they have changed the towels daily 1. Entertainment team was disappointing - there where only few announcements in the bathroom's walls with the entertainment programs, there where no one coming to tell you about which will be the programs, where will be the activities, some of them where never done (eg: Zumba), they were playing the same songs over and over, for 7 days I have heard the songs all day. Usually, they were staying and looking at the people, and this was all day long. - disappointing. 2. Food - the food was tasty, but no variety. Each day was chicken cutlets and fish, after 7 days eating the same thing now, I don't want to see chicken and fish on my plates. 3. A la Carte restaurant - we have chosen the Carpe diem restaurant - disappointing. The food did not have any taste, it was awful and the biggest thing which disappointed us was the fact that the drinks need to be paid in this restaurant, even though that it was the same drink from the bar which was free. 4. Parking - we refused to use the valets as we have had some issues in the past in another hotel and from here the storm begun. They have parked our cars in the beach parking lot, the keys remaining on them. From that point of time, in the beach parking lot, they have moved our car from on spot to another in the same parking lot more than 10 times, with no reason. I have confronted the Relations manager and he had no answer. Also, they did not allow us to park our cars in the front of the building we were staying with the excuse that that parking lots are used for check in and check out, even though there were cars parked there from our arrival till the end of our vacation (this was because we did not slip any cash on their valet's pockets) - very disappointing. 5. There was only cleaning at surface. 6.

Very good management, location, and services The beach

all-inclusive and not messy at all. great food choices but highlight of trip was staff everyone i mean everyone is doing their best to help you and guide you. pools are great and you need to put your towel early to hold a sunbed at pool. right on beach and sun beds available. beach is bit rocky, and for me there was nothing else what i didn't liked.

There is no way that this place is a 4 stare hotel . I didn’t sleep at all . The food was horrible and the bed is not comfortable at all . I couldn’t wait to get out and leave thank God that I only booked one night . I don’t like anything about this place

Very good location, the staf amazing thanks to Ramazan is very smart, good food the room is bigger than i received with balcony and pool sea view, and is very good for family with children nice show in the night.

Food Clean Staff Everything Value to the price Nothing

Rooms could have been cleaned a bit better, still not many of toiletries (3 small pieces of soap on the sink and bodywash in the shower) so if you dont provide ones , please at least make shelves in the bathrooms where your guests can store everything they have brought

Noise was so bad from the bars around, beach umbrellas was small and couldn’t protect you from the sun, dirty facilities

We liked the location. The staff wasn't very friendly. We were very disappointed with the hotel that holds 4 ?. They don't supply the room with any shampoo, conditioner or body lotion. If I knew a hotel in such category doesn't provide you with basic toiletries I would have brought my own. Oh and don't be deceived by all inclusive because if you want a glass of fresh OJ you have to pay for it. And the a la carte restaurant they make you pay for soda or even water. Very disappointed. I will visit the beautiful Bodrum but never stay in this hotel again unless I hear that they improved their service to the level of 4 ? hotel category.

Rooms - all aspects needs improvement.

Th staff is really nice and helpful. The hotel's location is very central. The pool is great, and restaurrant not too bad The shower in my room was changing from hot to cold water constantly. Also, if you want to rest, maybe avoid. As the hotel is very central, you can clearly hear the music from surrounding bars until at least 2am easy. Also, the pool by the cosy bar was advertised as adult only, but plenty of kids were there.
