Roas Hotel

Nice size comfortable rooms with a lovely view of the sea. Breakfast area is beautiful, lobby is wonderful, staff is very kind and welcoming. I had a pleasant stay here.

Big and spacious room, really friendly staff and delicious breakfast with a sea view. We will definitely visit again! Refrigerator was kind of loud, woke up a couple of times in the middle of the night.

We stayed here for a short winter break and were really impressed. Despite the cold weather outside, the room was perfectly warm and cozy the entire time, no heating issues at all. Also, breakfast was a highlight each morning: fresh, varied, and really delicious. We’d definitely come back

The staff truly made our stay exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the reception team was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Any small request we had was handled immediately and with a smile, it really made us feel at home. Mornings were a treat thanks to the breakfast service. Everything was neatly organized, always fresh, and regularly replenished. You could tell there was real attention to detail, from the warm breads to the variety of local items. Despite visiting in the colder season, comfort inside the room was never an issue. Everything worked smoothly and we rested really well each night. It felt peaceful and well-managed, a place that takes care of both its space and its guests. Would absolutely stay again

The staff is always kind and helpful, the atmosphere is peaceful, and everything is clean and well maintained. So far, everything has been smooth and enjoyable, really happy with the overall experience.

Felt very cosy and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Incredible views from the room’s balcony, and the room itself was very comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful, although they did seem a bit short staffed in the restaurant. Breakfast and dinner were both fabulous too. Was also handy that the bus stopped nearby the hotel to so getting into town was easy. There were a couple of amenities that were missing e.g no ironing board and iron, hairdryer didn’t work properly.

Owner & the Receptionist were very helpful & hospitable. Rooms & overall property was well maintained & clean Location is bit away from the beach

Very good service, very helpful staff, clean rooms. Lovely being in a small hotel. Excellent view from our balcony There’s nothing not to like, however one member of our family has mobility problems and there are a lot of steps to navigate so it might be an idea to make this clear.

The staff was most courteous and helpful which made our stay of 4 days so comfortable. Mr. Serkan recommended and arranged a fantastic boat tour for us, along with other things-to-do. Orçan was the most gentle soul who served us breakfast every morning with such warmth and great service. Yarprak and Hans at the reception were exceptional. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants and the bus stop. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Th ebast thing Iliked was the ability to check in and check out almost any time - we checked in early and checked out a little late, gaining at least half an hour on the regular timings elsewhere. The location of this hotel is good - very quiet and at the same time very close to the beach with all the life happaning. The beach just down the road of Hotel Ambrosia is a Blue flag Beach as was perfect in all the ways. The view from the room was good - of the bay - even though covered by two large palm trees. Spacious (bedroom separate from living room), the pool is small but clean and refreshing. The staff were all very freindly and helpful. There are no good restaurants nearby, you have to walk for 20mins or so on the roads (no pavements) or take a taxi to the centre. Breakfast was ok, although not possible to customize (just Turkish style with bits sweet, savory etc. sort of just thrown together on a tray) and espresso machine coffee costs extra. The restaurant is empty the other times, I was not sure if they serve dinners or not at all. Also the restaurant had roof closed the entire time so it does not look as magnificent as in the pictures, just a simple building. One day we wanted to fill up the jacuzzi in the balcony - water pressure is low(ish) so it takes a long time, be ready! the lights in the jacuzzi were broken so there was no lights at all and afterwards they accidentally came on and were stuck even after we drained hte bathtub - had to report it to the reception the next day. The bathroom could do with a makeover but everything was functional.

We were a group of 4 people so we have booked family room. The place was really nice. The breakfast was interesting and enough everyday. The view is amazing. The Area is calm. We have rented a car which was good decision. Staff are really friendly specifically Serkan. He booked a boat trip which was really nice. Staff can talk in English so easy to communicate with them.
