Very nice hotel for family holiday with kids. We enjoyed the pool, the breakfast and dinner (already in the package), the view and the nice restautants (such as in Taman Budaya) in the area. Nothing

1) Im check in late due to something come up, i did request to hotel extra bed and im agreed to pay extra once im in pls prepare earlier im tired, but when im check in no extra bed and its accessories not yet setup. 2) Then im decide to go for dinner at the restaurant at 730 pm, front desk restaurant offered us with 1juta for 3 pax, then we on..but when we come in like the dinner is about to over, im requesting coconut drink..finish no refill, then im saw lobster is still cooking , some guest que then i go for other food. then waiting for lobster, finish not refill then im request they said finish no more lobster, even the uncooked lobster is there. I also see there so many tray is empty not refill. i like what?? im just in for dinner which i already paid 1juta for what? And final worst at 8.30pm your hotel staff remind us that the dinner close at 9.00pm??? If u plan to stop serve dinner earlier why u offer us at first! we can go somewhere else for better option for dinner! 3) we repeat stay here because we love fishing activities, unfortunately there is no bait and batang kail like usual.

Complete breakfast selections & the room has a quite nice interiors & clean bathroom. A bit weird i still got asked on my bed preferences at check in when i already wrote it in special request & message. The front office laidbackly asked me to just check in and see if the bed already as per request or not. Also i found a small cockroach in my room.

This hotel is friendly for children with many activities (swimming pool, game room, swan pond, fishing, small boat). I went with my 10-year old nephew and he loved the place. Staff are friendly, very polite. Facilities are a bit old but clean. The room is spacious,. comfortable bed and extra bed. The reception and concierge staff were quite overwhelmed during peak hour check in time, so there was a long queue and the waiting time was also long. Only a few chairs available in the lobby so we had to stand and wait. I suggest adding some sofa or comfortable chairs in the lobby near the receptionist area.

The restaurant on the 3rd floor is good Price-to-Quality Ratio: 1. Instead of the booked room with a king-size double bed, I got two joined beds. 2. They offered to change the room but never contacted me afterward. 3. The room looks cheap and worn-out; they offered the lowest-tier room. 4. The fridge was moldy — this was a complete shock ?. 5. Laundry prices are insane, more than $25 for 1.5 kilograms. 6. I forgot a personal item at the reception, called and asked them to look for it — they promised to check. In the end, when I returned to the hotel, I found the bag myself with the security guard at the exit. Reception in the lobby wasn’t even aware of what happened, and they contacted me about this at 9 PM. Thanks for the experience, but I won’t stay here again ?.

My kids enjoy the facilities, the mini zoom, indoor playground, and of course the pool. Thank you to miss Gisell who welcome us warmly in our suite room. Unfortunately they had a renovation on 3rd floor so it's kinda disturb the way to the swimming pool. The changing room was also dark and I think they hadn't clean up yet after weekend (I went swimming on monday morning). And the bathroom was somehow had a trouble because it was smell terrible sometimes, but the function was great.

Ok except stubborn to issue out invoice during checkout Hotel absolutely refused to provide invoice during the checkout. Booking.com made it clear that it can only issue out payment receipt, not the invoice, but the hotel still refused to issue out the invoice.
