The bed was very comfortable. The staff were amazing. I loved my view overlooking the Golf Course I loved that I could get a free shuttle to the Nova hotel or walk there. There was no area to chill out for a coffee at Ibis. To get to the pool, you had to go through the dining room. The soundproofing was terrible. To have a shower, you had to fight with the overhead shower first before finally getting the rain shower to work. I would never book this hotel if Nova next door is available.

breakfast so far so good, completely enough. pool was clean. free shuttle and many facilities was so good. the internet wifi was very bad. maybe because high season or not but it can be improved again

Clean, well maintained. Good facilities, love the location and view. It is a bit outside of the city but we love it because of the quality of fresh air and expansive view of the mountain. Had a bit of mishap during check in but the staff handled it well and we truly enjoyed our stay throughout.
