There is always smoke from burning trees branches even at night.

The property is so nice and spacious, location is very convenient, the staff are very friendly and approachable, good customer service , the SPA massage therapist is really good, she did a good job. The cleanliness need to be improved specially downstairs bathroom, not sure why the odor is pretty bad.

Big Villa situated in a beautiful setting, with a creek right by its side. We stayed at the Founder's Villa. It felt exactly like an Airbnb instead of a full service Villa, they left you to clean up after yourselves except after breakfast, and do the bare minimum during your stay. Breakfast is a selection of local dishes, which was quite good actually, but they gave us artificial mango juice everyday and instant coffee powder in sachets for coffee. Come on, it doesn't cost much to squeeze fresh juice and buy a proper coffee machine! Kitchen facility is super old, and the overall amenities are lacking for the price. It was hard to find electricity outlets around the villa too. Not forgetting, pillows are a little too hard to sleep on, it gave one of us neck pain in the morning.

The property was huge and love the food prepared and the staff was very helpful! Thanks mas Asep and mas Vecky The bathroom feel too old, and the master bed room was kind of “seperate” from the building. Cause we need to go outside to reach the stairs to masterbed room. The wifi also poor

Good stay Extra beds wasn't proper (without bed frame) and the mattress itself has uneven surface and looked unhygienic to my eyes.

Great environment, surrounded by lush vegetation and beside a running stream. Tastefully furnished and well appointed. Attentive, helpful and friendly villa staff Small things, like no place to hang clothes in the rooms

First: The internet connection is very bad. Therefore, you can't do anything at the villa. I already raised the issue at the WA group, however, there is no follow up from the staff. Second: We can't sleep at night because there was dangdut music until 3:00 in the morning, and there is no follow up from the villa's staff. Third: In the morning, there is no water at all so we have to wait for some time for the fixing the jet pump. And the quality of the water is very dirty

the villa itself, is like a country home or cottage in the middle of the forest overall we like it; however, there is a minor issue in the bedroom (the basement bedroom), we encountered a lot of bedbugs, so my parents could not have a pleasant and relaxed sleep on the first night, understand that since the bedroom located in the basement probably lack of sunlight

The secluded location, close to taman safari, the outdoor dining place. The villa was not clean, the swimming pool was dirty also. The bed has lots of hair from previous user. The bbq has no beef. There is no jogging or not enough outdoor fascility. The villa is in the same location as other "private" villas which is not taken care off. So the complex doesnt look like a resort nor tidy.

The villa was beautifully built and the resort was just perfect for finding peaceful time & being closer to nature with family and loved ones. The trees and lush vegetation around the villa were really enchanting. What topped it was waking up to the sound of water stream that ran across the villa area every morning. Bathrooms may need exhaust fans to let off steams after showering with hot water and avoid dampness in bedroom. My room carpet was rather smelly too - probably due to dampness. Other than that, hard to find any other shortcoming.

The Location and Villa Space. The Furniture was run down. Wood Chipped Off ( dinning Table) Kitchen was pathetically Bad especially for a 5 star property. Poorily equippped kitchen The Sink had Stains. The Pans and Pots provided were not even of good Quality. ( foto attached) Even the Dustbin were Not Proper in kitchen. (I mean even a simple thing like dustbin bags / pedal lever Dustbin not there which is Basic Hygiene for a kitchen, although bags were provided when we asked) (foto attached) Wall Had stains of garbage ( foto attached) Even to Clean the dishes there was no Proper Arrangements. Kitchen Drawers all sticky. Improper Light arrangements near pool. Bed mattresses were BAD (ENDED WITH BACKACHES.) The Fridge was also bad that our major portion of our food got Bad ( then we Asked the remaining food to be shifted to the butlers fridge in his Living space.) And Only the Next Day after few calls that a replacement was Brought. Call button for Butler not working (but were given another cell no). For the BBQ equipment inadequate. (simple things like a brush to apply Oil or even skewers were not available). Breakfast was Classic No questions and Bang at 0730 they kept it on the dinning table. (Wonder if any one Has enjoyed cold sausage / eggs ). One would Have expected some on asking what they prefer or even a simple thing like type of eggs. As Surely NOT WORTH THE PRICE For a branded property like Plataran.
