Always had a very pleasant stay there. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming especially Jillian, Putri and Vieyowhich made the experience even better. I was satisfied with the facilities and overall service. I would definitely staying here again whenever I come back to Indonesia and would recommend this hotel to others. nothing

Some of facilities is good Waited for a very long on car valet and they took a wrong car. Got e bike with my kid, and it stopped just 5min on the road. Called the number provided, busy and you have to pay 450k idr to leave a message. Tried for 15m, no success. When finally rang, no one picked up. So just left the e bike and walked back with my 6yo boy 20m back to hotel.

Beautiful hotel and facilities, v kind staff! Breakfast was delicious and extensive! Amazing views at mt. Salak. Best gym ever seen in hotels. Our connecting rooms were also wonderful; big, clean, v nice balcony, beds so comfortable. Just a lovely resort! Nothing

Nice spacious rooms with balconies. Modern yet cozy feel. Breakfast was good, with a few staff at the reception very attentive. Cafe Damar that serves breakfast ist really nice. Great to have decaf coffee as option. The game section with pool, karaoke, arcade games was fun. Room for improvement: Buffet was often missing items like cheeses (empty or very sparsely filled) and the Indonesian dishes like ketoprak were not very tasty (street vendors’ are better). At a price of over IDR 300k, I would expect a bit better. Tables were often not ready and dirty. Hallways are very slippery (need to install extended roofing). Games rooms close far too early at only 7pm. Major problem: the door lock malfunctioned and when I reported it, the staff receiving my call said they would charge us for it, without even checking properly. This was extremely annoying and stressful. Fortunately, the skilled and kind Mr. Markus inspected and exchanged the lock, and determined the problem was the hotel’s wooden door frame that had expanded due to humidity/moisture. For the hotel room’s bathroom I suggest changing the shower’s flooring to something with friction to avoid slips, as it’s super slippery. Salak bar has an awesome view but ordering a simple snack takes forever. The spa was superb, probably the best thing about the whole experience!

The Villa three bed room with private Pool was amazing, Good breakfast, five star resort The walking from villa to reception or breakfast, activities close early, dining internally is expensive, no activity at night.

The room is spacious, with terrace to enjoy a view. The facilities superb, especially if you with children, you can just stay around the hotel and will not get bored. The pool a bit unclean in some parts, the bathroom near the pool for changing, the hot water did not work for some of the stall.
