Emergency door 10 floor locked. Towel are too old, it’s like you swap with a paper.

Location near to toll gate Hotel in need of serious maintenance. Mould everywhere. Bath towel were torn and discolored. Balcony was dirty, ruin the great view.

The room quite spacious. Bedsheets also clean, lights room bright enough, and the view was good. Breakfast menu quite varied. There is also a safety playground for kids near the lobby / pool. Big pool also. Movie theater, and archery game set up at the Ballroom in the evening. The kids love it so much.... Great facilities. - Restaurant could not accommodate the whole guests when we had breakfast at the same time. Besides the service of live cooking also not fast enough to fulfil the guests' requests. - There is no light above the shower area. So, it was a bit dark at that area.

The staff was very friendly. It was dirty. The towels were old and the property is not well Kept. Everything was broken (ref, Aircon)

Hotel reception were amazing Delayed requests, like water and cattle.

Location is convenient close to main road and easy transportation and also nearby there are minimarts, eateries, street food and laundry shop. Good pool and restaurant on the side, easy for ordering. Available just in front of the hotel a Big Bus direct to airport too. Asked for towels but they never bring any. Maybe its a saturday night and hotel was full. Should have more supply of towels.

in the Commercial area, clean the design of furnishing ( table, desk, painting ) a bit updated. tv size was too small. matrass for family and Executive Room should be better Quality. that makes value for money a bit reduced.
