The food doesn't have much variety, and the bathtub is leaking..

I booked the place based on reviews left by prior guests but was very disappointed in the facilities presented. There was nothing that I liked or found great. I ordered coffee from the resturant and that was good. There is a smart TV in the room which is a positive. The carpets in our room were dirty. The cupboards had not been wiped and were dirty. There was a coffee mark on the cupboard which had not been cleaned. We did not get slippers in our room. They do not give you milk for the coffeee. The bed is so worn out that the springs of the bed dig into your back. Our phone in the room was also not workin. The shower overflows and water pulls up from the toilet. The breakfast buffet is a joke, if you don't get in first, you get little to no breakfast. The pool water was also ice cold and the electricity trips at night. The pictures are deceiving compared to the place.

The old building era vibe like deutchland vibe. The interior is great, room also great. Theres mold in the living room area and the public corridor near the lift, the window also dirty but oh well, price is affordable and the vibe is majestic so can let it slip. But realize the toilet is off, water leaking out from the toilet bowl ? surprising me so much and i booked 2 room, the other room AC is not cooling at all, that they need to change into another room. Bedroom said no smoking but the room feel like tobacco ( i bet someone smoking inside before us but oh well ). Breakfast food is really kind of dissapointing. The meat menu only 1, veggie also like 1 or 2 and the rest is so so. This is my first time to find breakfast at hotel so sad that i dont have appetite to continue and enjoy the breakfast. But services is great. I really enjoyed my stay there. Swimming pool also great.

Helpful and friendly front office Over price, old shower with slow water flow, poor menu for breakfast, warm coffee instead of hot coffee.

Location beside abounded house with a low light street view, the room is on another building of receptionist and it is quite distance when checking out. the selection of breakfast are low.

Location, staff, building. Bathroom was unclean and poorly maintained. Carpet could’ve been vaccuum cleaned a lot better.

The maintenance of the rooms is bad, the fridge was dirty and needs to be replaced And the toilet often clogged the carpet needs to be cleaned with vacuuming

the facilities, the location, the breakfast, the staff check-in time require very long time, we need to waiting up to 1 hour just for having our room completely prepared (understood that we stay in high season but the hotel staffs seems was not in fully preparation to handle the surge in that moment)

Stunning old historic building, great location with lots of food and drink options nearby, quiet neighbourhood. Very friendly and helpful staff, even when limited English. Voices from the pool area were noisy at night and in the early morning. Shower was set too high so harder to manoeuvre.

I really the reception team was amazing and restaurants lady's were welcoming with smiles. The lady in the reception when i checked in was WoW ?. She was sooo Friendly welcoming. The facilities was nice though they need to do some renovations.The breakfast was Incredible The pool was not calling inspite of the weather. The lift was abit a challenge due to sensitivity of the touch. Most of the socket port were the us connectors. So i couldnt use my laptop

The staff were very welcoming. This brightens up the day to begin with. The buffet spread is awesome. Its possible to please the fussiest of diners. Cutlery and crockery were of fine quality We had a large group of company guests who came for breakfast on a daily basis. The hotel arranged for large dining tables by the pool and lawns. The way it was organised was excellent. Side note: If youre a company looking to organise a Meeting, Incentives or Conference event, this hotel should be towards the top of the list. The location is a little secluded and would be excellent for people seeking solitude, privacy and seclusion (lack of distractions). This is also an excellent place for remote working. All said, if Im back in Bogor, Ill stay here. Nothing I can think of.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was good :) Construction work outside my room, didn't bother me too much but I wish the staff advised me and perhaps offered and discount.

Great and helpful staff,. Big room and comfortable bed. Good breakfast Shower was leaking in my room. Big bed but only 2 regular sized pillows
