only the location staff and booking customer service are not helpful not cooperative,not responding or replying to my messages ,,ignoring and neglecting my complaints. the property wasn’t clean ,even the bedsheets,blankets,towels was not clean ,,the breakfast was late and bad ,,the bath water was cold although the weather is cold and they didn’t do any thing about that ,so we stayed 4 days didn’t take any shower also they didn’t clean the room while we’re there ,,also the door was difficult to open
