Great place for family holiday. The room is clean, very comfortable. staff were all nice & accommodating. Many options for breakfast. There is also charter car that able to drop us to the nearest restaurant and facilities. Nothing in particular

After enjoying a 10-day stay, here is my review: The hotel is beautiful, as is the location, and the views are truly stunning. The lobby café is excellent, and their coffee is outstanding—better than the coffee served in the restaurant. The hotel’s location is superb, cleanliness is excellent, and the staff are highly professional, courteous, and welcoming. However, there are some drawbacks. The rooms are quite small, and if you want a room with a view, you must book it in advance, as not all rooms offer views. For guests who value privacy on the balcony, this may be an issue, since most balconies are visible to other guests, except for a few corner suites and some upper-level areas. Another concern is the bedding. While it is clean and freshly washed, it appears to be reused and often has visible stains that do not come out, even after laundering. This seems to be a recurring issue—even when the sheets or pillow covers are replaced, the new ones may still have similar stains. In addition, the pillows are not comfortable at all. Additionally, there is only one elevator, which is frequently busy, leading to relatively long waiting times. The stairs are either not clearly accessible or not available for use, especially during peak hours such as breakfast time. As for the main restaurant, it lacks suitable food options for Arab guests, despite the majority of guests being Arab. Most of the menu consists of Chinese, Japanese, or Indonesian dishes, while the Arabic options are very limited mainly eggs, arabic foul, and hummus. The coffee is either overly bitter or has an unpleasant taste. The really annoying thing is the lack of soundproofing between the walls of the rooms and corridors.

Facility & hotel in general They asked for 500k deposit, i believe this is the first time it happened with me. Also contacted them for booking adjustments, they replied too late with rejection Knowing there was available booking in the website

Venue complex was great, there were good restaurants in the area without having to go outside public roads. Breakfast and dinner was okay. Many varieties but could've been better. Bathroom was not private enough. Requested the king size bed but turns out it was 2 twin beds merged into 1.

Batonica is genuinely a gorgeous place to stay. The furniture, finishes, and overall design feel premium, and the operation is extremely organized and systemized. Everything seems measured and controlled, and in many ways that’s impressive. That said, the level of strict process comes at a cost: the guest experience can feel less warm and less “at home.” Staff appear to have so many procedures and limitations that it reduces their freedom to be helpful in a natural, flexible way. One example: my child accidentally broke a small item in the room (a water glass/cup). I was contacted during the day via WhatsApp with a message saying it was broken and the cost was X. I understand the policy and I’m happy to cover damages, but contacting a guest in the middle of a vacation day for something minor felt unnecessary and stressful. This could be handled more discreetly at checkout, or at least in a softer way. - receptionist attitude was a shocker, but maybe people their own issues.
