Nothing almost everything! not clean (very dirty)! smell not good! neglected! AC and TV are not working! The bathroom drains are clogged and one important thing, there's a stump beast or you can name in! the animals that growth in bed! DISGUSTING! and one of my friend got sting and red sores and itchy bumps! I have complained, but until now I don't have receive any good news! P.S : mostly I took the video and can not share here (only pict)

Strategic place, easy check-in and out, cool AC, nice view, lots of power plugs. Cobwebs on several corners, stained linens, dirty table (there was even a spill of chili sauce on it when we just entered the room), water heater not working, no toiletries as any Reddoorz hotel provides).

if you need a bed...it's OK. firm mattrass. shower was warm and good water pressure. quiet the bed linen had some stain and looked grey-ish. but seemed to be washed. instead of a proper duvet you get a blanket.

Amenities: shower gel/ shampoo smells unpleasant. It'll be preferable if we were provided with separate shower gel & shampoo, not the 2 in 1 Shower gel + shampoo. No information is given in the room, where/ who to contact should guests need anything. Some tea bags, sugar & coffee will add some plus point, too bad there isn't any.
