Sometimes the hot water is not available. The wall room is thin, you can hear the next doors showering

Room is very clean. Toilet is very clean and huge. Water heater works well. Nice flower garden in front of the room. Water stream noise very calming (from the river in front). Location is just nearby cimory not too far from the tol gate thus better to get back to Jakarta when it's very macet in puncak area. There are warungs in front of the hotel (ex villa). Need to pay 20k rupiah for sandals (mandatory). Eventhough its near from everything, the room itself is very tranquil. I would love to be back here Maybe the sandal mandatory only. I could still understand tho. It's for the additional of maintenance fee. Room is very cheap tho I am willing to pay that amount
