the location in good scenery and surrounded with greenery it is like in Indonesian horror movies ?

(1) Easy to be accessed via Tol. (2) Nice view and very quiet (3) old style villas (90est) but still hot water works well and clean bed sheets/towels (4) clean & well-maintained simple garden. Nothing so far.

The scenery. The cottages are old and not maintained. Roofs and ceiling are falling off. Kitchen is also old and have holes and cigarette burns. It is also smelly and moldy.

Nothing in the cottage I liked except the location Evetything was disappointed. The bathroom, the kitchen, the towels, the cottage is surrounded by geckos and you can find inside. I am not sure about this, but I am afraid I wad about to be stolen by one of the ceceptionist, in which he asked me my visa card, my passport and my mobile to see the reservation. He gave me back the card and the passport only. I left to my cottage and remembeted that my mobile is still there. I returned back to him then got mine. But he was talking in a way that didnt prove to me that he was honest.

The staff were helpful and the setting tranquil The lack of drinking water was a big problem, especially as there are no shops around. Also there were no cooking utensils in the kitchen and you have to pay extra to connect the gas. 50rb per night.

Good Location and view Need attention in cottage maintenance and renovation It's very old fashion cottages such as bed, linens, terry and other facilities equiptment including public area.

Near from Jakarta Not value for money. 2,1 million for one night stay in 2 cottages but we got unclean rooms, no wifi, no water dispenser, broken bathroom door, poor breakfast. Truly unexpected because it's managed by Royal Tulip which should be far better
