The double room was very spacious for 3 of us and the breakfast was above average. The room did not have air conditioning but cracking a window open overnight was an excellent alternative being that Bogota is cool at night.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was quite spacious and quiet, and it had a refrigerator, which is something I always look for in a hotel. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. The food was always warm and delicious, the cafeteria has a self-service coffee machine, European style.

The breakfast was absolutely excellent! Huge selection of eggs, sausages, fruits, waffles, meats, cheeses, and variety of cereals to select from....all included!

Well located in a nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants around. OK breakfast, friendly staff and good price. Rooms are on the small size, there is no AC, no way to control the temperature of the room. Bathroom has no ventilation at all.

Staff was wonderful Huge construcción and various uber did not pick us up at the hotel it was a huge inconvenience. I had to move to a different hotel and the hotel did not want to give credit nor reembursement.

Breakfast staff had a little attitude rushing people out before the time that the breakfasts ends. If you got to the place 20 min before closing, you couldnt find lots of things (Sometimes not even bread) and the staff didnt refilled it.

Location is very central, safe and convenient. Breakfast was very good and plentiful with fresh fruit, hot chocolate, good bread. Wi-fi connection in my room in the 7th floor was slow, intermitent, bad quality. the same wifi in the entrance hall was very good and fast.
