Friendly staff, decent breakfast, clean facilities and rooms, AC works well. Construction in the road in front of the hotel, we did less exploring in this neighborhood and often walked or taxied out.

Room size , location is good but there is road and bridge construction in front of the hotel that made it hard for taxi or uber to reach There is no outlets that charge the phone or PC, only one available above the desk, I had to unplug the light to charge my laptop. There was no phone in the room to call the reception or room service

One of the severe in the morning, he was great and the bartender. The room was clean and housekeeping was friendly Never had hot water and the air conditioning hardly worked and you have no wash clothes to bathe

The staff were quite helpful and polite. Besides that, there was a nice buffet for the breakfast. You can't possibly leave hungry. I didn't necessarily like everything or find everything usual for breakfast (e.g. fried meat and rice), but I could find something to eat. The fruits and fresh juices were especially nice. Lastly, the gym wasn't massive but I could get some workout in during my stay whenever I wanted. Coming in late from nightlife was also not an issue, as there was someone to let me in with ease. You can also get an Uber easily to wherever ... There were too many air management units outside the room I was originally placed in, and they were making a lot of noise, so I had to ask to move higher away from it. I appreciated their urgency in changing my room the next day when reported that I couldn't sleep. The shower facilities could also do with some deeper cleaning. Also, I didn't have a view per se. Finally, I did also find it weird that I didn't have a complimentary bottle of water in my room. I did ask about it and was given a bottle in the end. Very unusual, in my experience.
