The hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are spacious and beds are extremely comfy. We were not able to set up netflix to watch what we wanted but otherwise everything was great.

They have some issues with the parking experience. If you park outside of the hotel they charge you 35K COP per day plus if you come out and back in on the same day , they change you again. This is a subcontracting company that is not even related to hotel staff Then they have some hotel parking lots on underground garage but they are limited and not available to all guests. This parking experience and the jack of clarity was really frustrating to me and ruined some other good things that I found on the stay like the bar staff experience were really amicable and good. Not many options for food at the hotel. A shame that the restaurant Testaduro downstairs closes at 5pm. There are restaurants outside, but not at the hotel.

Vulcano Restaurant on the top floor has music way too loud even at breakfast. I have told them in several occasions and they say there is nothing they can do

I liked the high tech in the rooms and the quality and how hospitable the staff is I understand keeping a good scent is important but a times it felt to strong

The bathroom it is very uncomfortable, especially the water coming out of the shower and a little difficult to turn on the water

Heat i.n the room does not work (not only this year but every year) Makes the stay very uncomfortable. Service needs improvement.

The staff were very lovely. The view was fantastic. The room looked great and was very clean. The room is supposedly soundproof but I could hear other people talking. The doors slam very loudly. And there were fireworks going off (Christmas Eve) from 8pm until 3am. The temperature control didn't work very well. It was too hot. The shower took several minutes to get hot. The mattress was very squishy. I stayed last year and did not have this experience. Everything was fine last year.

Very nice hotel, big rooms with huge windows. Comfortable beds. In the morning it was problem with hot water in shower. In one day I hadn't time to wait for hot water, in the second - water started to be hot after few minutes.

The location was great but difficult to get to when first arriving from the highway. The hotel was beautifully appointed and the room was elegant. BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING!!! The restaurants were wonderful. The staff was excellent and very helpful. This hotel had many good qualities and we were very impressed for the most part. And if you don't have transportation, you can get everything at the hotel and the surrounding places. It's also very close to an elegant mall. Everything was excellent except for the Wi Fi which was horrible! I had meetings via Zoom and I couldn't even connect with a steady signal much less hold a meeting. The signal kept dropping. There was a lot of perfume in the hotel so if you're sensitive to fragrances this is a tough spot. Colombia is big on perfuming things!
