Great location, room is well designed. Lighting is poor. Staff are indifferent. Check in time is 3pm. At 2:55pm, they can’t give me a room. Meanwhile other groups of 3 or 10 are taken care. They can’t care less.

Room was clean. Location was nice by a park. When checking in, I requested to cancel the second night of my reservation because my flight plans had changed drastically. Even though they had a 24hr cancellation policy, they refused to cancel the second night. The workers spoke very limited English, but I wasn't allowed to speak to a manager as they weren't "on-site". The room was way too hot because their AC wasn't on. The bathroom tub floor bent while moving around and I was worried it was going to break. The restaurant was also unexpectedly closed while I was there. The hotel was ok and the location was good, but overall, it wasn't worth the rest of the hassle the hotel caused. Avoid it.

Room cleanliness and behavior , support of the staffs. Very professional. They lack to provide small amenities likes water everyday in the room, toiletries set, free tea bags and coffee refills.

I love the attention about details by the staff. At the morning, around 6:15am, before leave to the airport; I went to see the breakfast to take some fruit and a some of the staff ask me if a want a book to the some bite for my ride. This really made my morning. n/a

The staff really tries hard to please. I was there during a cold spell, and the dining room where I had all-day meetings apparently has no heating.
