All of it! Also the friendly & helpful staff plus the breakfast. Location is great as it is close to different places to eat, a supermarket and easy for transportation with Transmilenio and taxis. Also a park close to it, which those with children can sit get fresh air and play. I feel it needs a bit better cleaning of the rooms. Meaning smell wise. I don’t like being able to smell whoever was there before us. Room cleaning is done daily though.

I like the friendliness of the staff, it is a very clean hotel, well maintained, customer service was good all the time from front desk up to the housekeeping, attentive, breakfast was really nice, loved the home made breakfast and also local fruit, plus having Colombian hot chocolate. However, every day the breakfast was the same, it would be nice to have some variety to it. Especially adding some local dishes, like arepas, bunuelos etc. The place felt safe and area is good location to get things to eat, to buy at the supermarket, and a park close by to get out and get some fresh air or for the children to play. Great location. Didn't like how you can hear the people next door. The walls seem thin.

Fast check in, comfortable rooms, very clean, stored our luggage after check-out. Staff made us pay the IVA, even though we're not supposed to as tourists, saying we can get a refund when leaving the country. Breakfast not vegan friendly, only fruit and coffee.

Big room, comfortable bed, very clean overall. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Public transportation is relatively nearby if needed. Could improve by having a mini fridge on the room (but this is personal preference)
