Breakfast was simple and fresh. Staff was kind. Room very clean. Good location for walking around. They let us check in very early Completely different hotel name on building! Building says Hoteles Bogota Inn. And Google address is wrong. Very confusing for travelers. Staff couldn't find my reservation, then they found it and tried to have me fill out a long form online. Tried 4x and form wouldn't work ...check in was very difficult. Shower took long time to warm up.

Breakfast was a bit late as the cook had not arrived. But then was excellent. No lift which did not worry me, but may be a pain for those who are not used to the altitude. Excellent value in a no frills environment but with everything one needs for a one night stay.

The breakfast was good, and the person who prepared it was very kind. The people at reception were very attentive, always with a smile on their face. No hot water for our daily shower, regardless of having been moved from room 206 to room 306, definitely that wing of the hotel has NO HOT WATER IN THE SHOWERS. WiFi was really weak in room 206 and it improved in room 306.

The people at reception, the women who prepare breakfast and do housekeeping NO HOT WATER!!! In a city with average weather of 62° F, it is UNBELIEVABLE that they cannot offer, will not be bothered fixing the fact that THERE IS NO HOT WATER TO SHOWER WITH!!! Also, WIFI isn't that reliable in the rooms as it is offered on Booking.com, but that was fixed after MUCH INSISTANCE!!!
