It was good, location was perfect if you want to attend a concert or an event. It is secure and staff very kind.

Location was good if you are going to a concert Room was small and noisy. No facilities. They charged me a "tax" that later staying in other places i realized i wasn't supposed to pay

It was close to the concert venue. The staff were pretty accommodating. They just accepted cash as payment and we didn’t knew that before hand. But other than this minor inconvenience they were pretty understanding about the payment

Very attentive and generous staff, the location is also great if you want to go to the University Facilities could be better, the room was warm with little ventilation, wifi connection could be better. Also when getting in the hotel, you always have to ring the bell so they open, sometimes this can be a little annoying especially if you’re late night or in a time there is no one in the reception to open. They should give a key to the host
