Hampton Inn & Suites Boise/Spectrum

I always enjoy Hampton Ins, but a pet peeve of mine is hotels that are supposed non smoking and they have an ash tray right at the entrance and/or workers smoking right near the entrance.

Clean hotel with very helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious. Would stay again when I am in town if needed. Five stars!

Very easy to find. Good parking. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Finding a good place to eat is right across the street, Cracker Barrel. And a Mexican restaurant and the IMAX theater.

This was a good place to stop over for an evening. The pool was a big hit and breakfast was very good. The rooms were very small and the carpets needed to be vacuumed and cleaned but overall it was fine.

It was a last minute booking, and ended up being a great choice. Walkable to restaurants and entertainment, super friendly staff, and excellent breakfast.

The swimming pool was clean and warm and the rooms are clean and big. The staff was nice. The Breakfast, they need to serve pancakes.

When we went to check in the system was down. Not a big deal but we needed to change for a concert, and they wouldn't open the lady's restroom to change because it was being cleaned but the guy was on break!! They would not open it until he was done. Lobby full of women, restroom closed and no handing out of water nothing. everyone had to get ready in the pool restroom. 1 at a time. Other than poor commutation and not being friendly on their part, the rest of the stay was amazing.

Even with a nationwide outage blocking travelers from checking in when they arrived, staff handled the situation with grace and beautiful smiles on their faces. You know it was stressful on all and nobody got upset with them. Everyone was patient and got checked in in the end. Way to be professional about hard times. Do look forward to coming back.

Our room was perfect for our family of 5. Loved the 24hr pool. Was perfect to get the energy out before bed after a fun weekend with Banana Ball. Breakfast was good too. Lots of options to choose from. We were also able to get early check in that helped make the transition to our plans so much easier. The front desk and housekeeping were friendly and efficient with the needs we had.

This hotel had one of our favorite pools EVER, and we have been to a LOT of hotel pools. The water was SO warm and it was a very large and spacious room with plenty of space for people to put things. My kids commented several times how awesome the pool was and how warm it was. So that was definitely a highlight. Breakfast was great too and our room was also great. Not anything I can think of. Great stay!

Check-in was a breeze with a friendly staff member named Dillon. He was professional, welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was nice and warm. Would have loved the jacuzzi jets to have been working. Breakfast options were plentiful. My one big complaint was a non-working a/c. We spend a good amount of time with the thermostat and couldn’t seem to get the room cool enough to sleep comfortably. The front desk at checkout informed us they have technicians working on the a/c. A cool room is one of my favorite things about hotel stays, so that was a big dissapointment.
